Eles são muito atenciosos,a encomenda chega rápida e bem embalada! Se sua encomenda precisar chegar resfriada,eles tomam muito cuidado em embalar em ambiente refrigerado. Minha encomenda não pode chegar no dia preciso pois minha campainha estava estragada..no outro dia chegou ,eu deixei um bilhete na porta com meu número.o entregador me ligou . E minha encomenda estava refrigerada e bem embalada.totalmente confiável e segura!parabéns a toda a equipe!!

Customer Service is exceptional… Representatives get back to you to answer questions in a speedy manner and they help you throughout the process if you are having trouble with the ordering process. The product arrived sooner than I thought and the product is amazing… Can’t wait to order again with them.!

J’ai commandé un produit difficile à trouver dans mon pays. J’ai été guidée tout le long de la procédure de commande par un conseiller sur whatsapp. Le service client est donc excellent !!! La livraison a été suivie et est bien arrivée. Et le produit est aussi excellent !!

A very good experience
I have ordered through several Korean suppliers and find Ellepharm to be one of the best for communication when ordering. They send a WhatsApp and are very easy to get a hold of.
