Ordered a dress, delivered a few days ago. The quality was very poor & the sizing was not true. Terrible customer care/service. Not interested in sorting this or giving an opportunity to return. They don’t reply to emails for assistance.
Don’t waste your time or money!

Do not order from Ellie and mae. The cost is way too much for what you get. The dress I got is polyester and looks like a Temu or shien quality. So absolutely awful !! Also takes at lest two weeks to arrive.
It’s obvious it’s done cheap scam place running out of probably china Item nothing like what I was expecting. Avoid !!

The "linen" dress I ordered finally arrived today. It is utterly dreadful. It is a synthetic material. It has no labels at all to tell you what it is. The cut is dreadful. The sleeves are 4 inches off the end of my fingers. Im 5'8" with long arms!! I can't emphasise how incomprehensibly awful it is. This company is a scam. The dress has been knocked up in China. Do not believe the pictures . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The sandals are lightweight, supportive, and easy to walk in. They have a timeless style that goes with many outfits. They took a day or two to fully break in, but now they're very comfortable. They've become my everyday choice.

See all the other appalling reviews. Shoddy cheap dress that bears no resemblance to the photo, no idea of material used and way too large. The shopfront on the website doesn’t exist, although it implies there is a London base. It is apparently there as an indicator of their “brand style”. And if you want to return anything for a refund it will cost you £26 to send it tracked to China. Beware!

Item seen on website was a dress made of 100% linen. What arrived was a cheap, nasty dress in an unidentified manmade fibre, with no labels. Cost of return to be paid by customer. Clearly a scam and not worth the time/effort to try to return for a refund. Avoid this company like the plague.

The dress fits beautifully and is comfortable enough to wear all day.

I was hoping for a slightly brighter colour, but it still looks elegant love it.

Shockingly bad thst they black to be in London with images of a ship front. I consider myself pretty astute in these things but fell for the lies Still waiting for the dress but reading other reviews km dreading seeing it!!

The trousers have a lovely fit and don't feel restrictive at all. They're easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. Shipping updates kept me informed throughout the journey!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but exchanging it was much easier than I expected. Customer support replied the same day with clear instructions, and my replacement fit beautifully. The dress is incredibly comfortable and flattering. I'm very happy with the whole experience✨

Another one of these scam companies that say they are based in London but are actually in China. All their emails are written using AI. I’m still waiting for my dress but if it does ever arrive I suspect it will be nothing like the picture.

Scam. Good shipped from China and returns must be send to China. Poor quality.
