I’m extremely impressed with quality for price.
The mattress is like medicated,
and the bed looks like it well last for a long time.
Alex was also great during delivery.

There were some delivery questions that I had but the customer service was very helpful and comforting.

ADAM was very helpful and the bed came in very good conditon.

Looks good. Wish I had ordered a shorter version.

The actual panels are very good and look effective on my wall. The pieces of french cleat wood that they used to attach to the wall where shocking.
My husband said he wouldn't even throw them for a dog.
I paid for these panels to be fitted but on delivery, the delivery driver said they don't knock nails in walls!! I was absolutely flabbergasted and annoyed.
I made several attempts at communicating with Elliots Beds by phone, email and watts app (as they recommend) and eventually several days later spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He was apologetic and said some delivery companies don't install. I explained I had paid for this service, so surely it should have been delivered by a reputable company who installs. I was refunded my £99.99 delivery charge a few days later.
We have now had a reputable joiner to fit our panels (using more suitable wood) and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We ordered a bespoke size wall mounted headboard from Elliot Beds. We are delighted with the quality of the headboard.

We had an issue where the wrong size item was delivered but this was handled professionally and the correct item redelivered.

Excellent quality made divan bases and super supportive mattress. Delivery was brilliant, the tracking ability was fab. I would definitely recommend their products. Only downside is you can’t always get someone to answer the phone….. which can be a bit frustrating

I have to say customer service was fantastic! Delivery was 10/10! The bed was perfectly packaged and the quality is unbelievable. I have ordered from other companies in the past but have to say from start to finish Elliot’s beds was great! Highly recommend!

Great and easy online ordering, regular updates and delivery was quick including the bed being built. I have no issues at all and would not hesitate to order again or recommend to anyone. The bed is sturdy and the gas lifts work perfectly

Quick and fast delivery bed base good and strong thanks

The level of customer service was just awful. No one gets back to you for ages. I left emails, voice messages, even messages on their social media with no response. I ordered 2 beds. I get one. I was eventually told/promised the 2nd bed will be fast tracked. It wasn't. The delivery company they use was just as trash! I haven't yet tried the beds. I just hope they are not as disappointing as their customer service!

Had problem with fabric out of stock,that was fine i just picked nother one.i brought ottoman bed base .its so well made excellent workman ship. Delivery company was great kept me up dated ,The two guys who delivered base was sooo polite well mannered and lovely to see smile on there faces .Excellent service.

Read the positive reviews, good website, delivery good. It’s actually dangerous lying on the bed as I am guaranteed to want to relax and go to sleep! Very comfortable! Think my pillows also play a part but not from Elliot’s.

Nearly a month later, no bed, terrible communication and completely unacceptable service

I am incredibly disappointed with our experience with Elliot’s Beds.

We specifically chose to order from Elliot’s because the advertised delivery timeframe was around 10 days. We were relying on that timeframe and, because we were repeatedly reassured that our new bed would be arriving, we sold our existing bed.

We have a three-month-old baby, and I have now been left sleeping on the floor because almost a month later, we STILL do not have the bed we paid for.

Before the original 10-day timeframe had passed, we contacted Elliot’s to check what was happening. On two separate occasions we were reassured that the bed would be delivered and told that their private delivery company, V1, would contact us.

That contact didn’t happen when promised.

We have repeatedly tried to contact Elliot’s ourselves. Calls have gone unanswered, messages have been left, and communication throughout this whole experience has been incredibly poor.

When we have managed to speak to someone, we have been given assurances that the bed would be arriving within the next few days and that the delivery company would be contacting us. Those assurances repeatedly came to nothing.

Eventually, almost a month after the original order, the delivery company finally contacted us. What followed was an absolute mess of unsuitable delivery dates being given to us rather than properly arranged, repeated phone calls offering us the same slot we had already explained we could not do, and generally appalling communication.

After all of that, we FINALLY managed to arrange a suitable delivery for today.

We made sure we were available and organised our plans around receiving the bed.

Then we were contacted to say it would not be delivered after all, apparently because there had been an issue at the factory and the delivery label had been ripped off.

We have now been told they will “try again next week”.

This is simply not acceptable anymore.

While I appreciate that Elliot’s uses a separate company to carry out deliveries, our purchase was made through Elliot’s Beds. We relied on the delivery timeframe advertised by Elliot’s and on the repeated assurances given to us directly by Elliot’s staff.

The delivery company has now told us that complaints need to be taken up with Elliot’s. We have contacted Elliot’s again and, at the time of writing this review, we have not even received a response.

If we had been told when ordering that our bed could take a month or longer to arrive, we would NEVER have sold our existing bed. Instead, we trusted the information and assurances we were given.

Mistakes and occasional delays happen. But this isn’t one small delay.

It has been weeks of poor communication, unanswered calls, broken assurances, delivery chaos and now a cancelled delivery on the day it was finally supposed to arrive.

Meanwhile, the customer is the one dealing with all the consequences.

I am caring for a three-month-old baby and sleeping on the floor because we genuinely believed Elliot’s when we were told our bed would arrive.

At this point I don’t want another vague reassurance that somebody will contact us or that the bed will hopefully arrive “next week”.

I want Elliot’s Beds to take responsibility for our order and provide:

* A confirmed and reliable delivery date
* An explanation of why this order has been handled so badly
* Proper communication rather than us constantly having to chase for information
* Appropriate compensation for the significant delay and inconvenience we have experienced

The most frustrating part is that this could have been handled so differently with basic communication and honesty about the delay.

Instead, now over a month after ordering a bed that was supposed to arrive in around 10 days, we have no bed, no confirmed delivery, and I am still sleeping on the floor with a three-month-old baby to care for.

Extremely disappointing service from start to finish.

UPDATE* I have now received my order and the company are giving me £150 compensation for my unfortunate experience.
