I recently bought an Audi A3 from Elliott Jarvis Cars Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and Matt and Steve were friendly, genuine and completely pressure-free.
The car itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and clearly well cared for. It came with a clean 12 months MOT, 12 months warranty and AA cover. They even made up new private plates for me which was a bonus. There was a small issue before collection, but that was dealt with to ensure there were no advisories on the MOT. That level of care really stood out.
What made the experience even more impressive was the attention to detail - the car was waiting with a big, red bow on collection day and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate with. A small gesture, but it showed how much they value their customers.
Genuinely honest guys running a proper, decent business. No pushy sales tactics, just helpful advice and top-notch service. I’d highly recommend Elliott Jarvis Cars Ltd to anyone looking for a quality used car and a smooth stress-free buying experience.

12 months MOT and service on the car

I've always found buying a second hand car is nerve racking, a big part of that for me is trusting the sellers. Matt and Steve made me feel comfortable buying through them. They were both professional and friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Though the main reason I was confident to buy was because they clearly were confident in the car they were selling, and didn't try to hide anything.

The day after buying the car I noticed that the Aircon wasn't blowing cold and probably needed re-gassing I phoned up to check that they hadn't done it recently, and was told to book it into the garage they use and they would cover it. To me this goes above and beyond what I expected.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a worry free car.

Bought a reasonably priced 14 year old car for my mother in law from these guys 2 years ago. I am pleased to say the car has just passed its MOT first time for the second year running. 2years problem free motoring for the price paid has been exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these guys should the need arise. We'll done Matt and Steve.

Brilliant professional service from the initial contact to collection of car and after care.
I had slight issue with the tow bar electrics and Steve at Elliot Jarvis Cars could not do enough to get the problem sorted.

Many thanks to to Matt and Steve for a fantastic experience in buying our latest car, from the first visit I felt they really cared about their customers and the advice and guidance was faultless, I have bought many cars over the years, and therefore I am fairly used to the expected “sales pitch” but was pleasantly surprised with their honest and open communication with no pressure, as a result this was truly a 1st class experience, their service throughout the transaction was amazing, I was completely updated and relaxed which was such a positive experience for me, honestly if you are in the market for a quality used car, have no reservations, you too will receive a warm welcome from these knowledgeable and professional guys!
