A horrible company who doesn't care about their clients and the services are below par as well. Won't bother working with them again.

A complete nightmare. I've been on this site for nearly eight weeks and had three bad experiences with them. I will advise anyone I work with again in the future not to use Elliotts.

The diagram is very different to what was supplied and the salesman wouldn't help at all. Useless.
On a note the lorry driver was great and carful contrary to the other reviews.

Elliott lorry driver (White Iveco) behaving dangerously in London. Pushing cyclists off their cycle box at a red light and trying to force me off my bike at the next set of lights. Completely unprovoked behavior. Lorries are weapons, if the driver cannot control himself he should be banned and removed from his position.

Dangerous lorry driver bearing elliottuk.com on the back and carrying port-a-loos. Number plate: FH66 WMF. I have dashcam evidence. He should be fired and have his license revoked. His actions could have caused a multi-car crash and killed several people.

Ordered loo hire for a family celebration weekend.
Loos that arrived were NOTHING like i) what I had ordered nor ii) looked anything like their brochure. There was no water handwashing (as assured by them and as per the brochure) and they were dirty.

When I mentioned this to their delivery guy he asked to see my order and the brochure (the one they had actually emailed to me!). He advised that they had never provided that type of unit and that I'd need to speak to "the office".
This I did whilst he waited - They advised that a decision had been taken earlier in the year to no longer provide that type of unit. Bearing in mind I had ordered the units 6 months in advance, I asked why I hadn't been told that they would no longer be able to fulfil my order; had I known I would have gone/ordered elsewhere.
They couldn't/wouldn't answer this but did admit fault and that they would arrange a refund (upon receipt of an email from myself). I duly sent the email and received one back on the 18th August stating that a refund would be with me by the end of the following week.

Surprise, surprise despite at least 5 emails, 4 phone calls and 3 "promises" that the refund is being done I wait.... and wait.... and wait....

PS - I note that they are STILL advertising the unit on their website!
