We would never use ellis winters again


We would never use ellis winters again and the rental service that they provide totally ripped us off ,invasive home visits every few months ,never again.

Regular property visits are an important and standard part of managing rental homes. They help ensure that the property is being well looked after, allow us to spot any maintenance issues early, and ultimately protect both landlords and tenants. These visits are carried out at reasonable intervals and always with prior notice, in line with industry best practice and legal requirements.

We’re disappointed that this aspect of the service felt intrusive to you, as that’s never our intention. If you’d like to discuss your experience in more detail, we’d welcome the opportunity to talk and understand how we could have supported you better.
