A disgrace of a company. Charging extortionate prices for absolute tat products. I bought what I thought was a 'plush' dressing gown as a Christmas gift and when it turned up over a month! later it was like a dishrag from B&M. A total scam. I am now in a dispute with them trying to obtain a refund but they are total charlatans. Definite fraudsters. Do not buy!

BUYERS BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company!! I paid £29.99 for an item I could buy from Temu for £2.50. The product that arrived was extremely poor quality and nothing like the picture on the website.
When I asked to return it, I was told I had to send it back to China. I checked that this was a UK registered company before buying the item. It does not mention anywhere in the returns policy that you have to send item back to China. Such a scam!!!!

Ordered goose down pillows. Was supplied with polyester fiber filled pillows. Just received utter nonsense by way of an explanation. Avoid like the plague. I'm calling round at their registered address in order to demand my money back. The address is just a house in a non-descript residential street - I wish I had checked that before I wasted my money with them. Avoid this company like the plague. One star is three more than they deserve. Total con-merchants.

The product was poor quality and very difficult to operate so I requested a return. After several emails back and forth I insisted on the return and they agreed and gave me an address in CHINA told me to package it myself, and pay the shipping and when they received it back in good condition they would process my return. Are you kidding me ?1?!! Stick with Walmart

After waiting a month for a "hand crafted" christmas tree ball ornament cost £29. I have received an ball with a picture inside, not worth £5! Save your time and money by shopping elsewhere

Poor company. Follow up to previous review.
Check their business address, its a residential property as is their parent company. Offred 50% off bnew products, but emails stopped when i kept aksing for a return.
Got my money back by Chargeback. I urge everyone else to do the same.

Don’t buy from here. It’s a scam Temu type website. I purchased some Christmas decorations that were described and pictured with LED lights and wire frames and they sent me tiny acrylic decorations that literally had a picture silk screened on the back of the actual decorations. Literally a photograph of an elk with a photograph of lights. No LED lights anywhere. Unreal!! I have been going back and forth with them for weeks and they keep telling me my case is being reviewed. Not hopeful they will be refunding me for the scam product I received. They did however tell me that I could pay for shipping back to China and that they would refund me 30%. LOL. Buyers beware!!!!!!

Absolute scam. Not only was the product the most poorly and cheaply-made product I have ever seen, it was completely misrepresented on the website. They product was 50% off and was still grossly over-priced for the cheap materials it was made out of. I requested a refund and the company has since gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups. No resolution, no communication. I had to escalate through my payment provider to get this addressed. Do not purchase.

I wish I have read these reviews!! I bought a power bank for £50 and I was actually being very careful checking if the company is based in the UK, if I can return the item etc. All seemed OK. I got the power bank and it looked completely different plus the size was huge so I wanted to send it back. They said no probs this is a Chinese address where the item has to be returned 🤣🤣 the address was so complex that it would definitely get lost. Also because it was a lithium battery power, the shipping was around £40 so they proper scammed me!! Unfortunately paid with Monzo and not my Barclays or credit card and Monzo just said by making a payment you agreed with the company policy etc. So just lost £50 like an idiot!!! Also guys in case you didn't notice all products they sell are on Temu for a really small money.

Should be zero rating..ordered a christmas outdoor light up sillouette and got a tiny metal stencil..never buy from these scammers.

very poor quality clothing received despite description of high quality and expensive,
I should never touch them again with a barge pole

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for Christmas lights on 6/12 - promised delivery timeframe 5–8 business days - received them 4 weeks later, obviously after the holidays. Phone number doesn’t work, asked them to stop and refund multiple times which was ignored, requested feedback from management re compensation which is still being ignored. Wasted £85 with this awful company, don’t fall into the same trap. Would give 0 stars if I could

Purchased a Christmas Reindeer 'figure' and some solar footpath lights. Website suggests a UK company and it wasnt until placing the order i was advised delivery could be 2-3 weeks. When it arrived the reindeer is a 2d print on plastic and the solar lights was a singular item. Maybe worth £3 or 4 pounds between them.

Tried to return to be told its in China and i need to pay for Postage. Argued back and forth with them (vague polite answers but no budging and offers of 10% off or 20%) Then said I will report to Trading standards and your address is the UK and that is where it must be sent back. They do not care - will probably dissapear soon once they have made enough money out of mugs like me and open up another website shifting fake cheap goods mis sold on line. Do not use!!!!

Ordered a £50 stone bath mat on 16 December. Website said delivery 6-8 days. Finally arrived on 6th January. Not what I ordered, a cheap rubber mat.
Asked to return it and they gave an address in China.
Absolute scammers.
Go to your credit card company for refunds.

I purchased a Christmas decoration from this company after one of mine died on the 10th December. It arrived on the 29th. I didn't even unpack it because I knew it was going back on principle!
It cost more than a third of the purchase price to return as I had to send it back to CHINA!
It took 7 emails, and 6 days, to get an address from them, they kept asking me for photos. After the third time I told them I had photographed every angle of the item and could only send the same photos.
They offered me 50% off my next purchase if I wanted to keep it....as if i wanted to give them more money! Their emails are also really patronising. Terrible company.

A terrible company to deal with. Items nothing like the items described. Shipped from China so if you want a refund you have to ship back to China at your own cost. Company has admitted to false advertising and mis selling products in email thread so can prove. Avoid at all costs. Scam company!!!

NOT in the UK. Once you order you will recieve tracking showing its coming from China!
Overpriced and misleading images! Cheap plastic crap not worth even £5!
Took weeks to arrive and I shall be asking for a FULL refund! Avoid avoid avoid

This company is a scam. I ordered an item from them based on the pictures that were in the listing. In the pictures you could see that the item was large displayed on the lawn next to other lawn items like reindeer. When the item arrived, it was smaller than an 8.5x11” piece of paper, and when I went to the website the listing had been changed with the misleading photos taken down. I know this because I had taken screenshots of the original post to share with family before purchasing. The company was willing to give me a refund, but only after I paid for the shipping back to China. Additionally, they kept offering me discounts for future purchases instead of a refund, upping their offer every time I pushed back asking for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

SCAM!! This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a Christmas yard decoration that appears in the listing photo to be a wire, multiple lights outdoor reindeer decoration. The image is standing upright on a wooden deck. What I received in the mail is a flat, acrylic, CUT OUT PHOTO of the lit reindeer decoration. It is tiny as well! The decoration doesn't actually have any lights on it, it's a plastic PHOTO of lights. No way would it be able to stand up on it's own like the photo shows, the item is only about 1/4" thick at best. You can even see in between the ski poles the background of someone's photo used for this. I reached out to the company for a return and they don't want to do that, they want to offer me a coupon to spend more money with them. Are they insane??? I won't spend one more dime with them. And this decoration was extremely expensive for what it actually is, the price on the website is $140...for a plastic piece of crap. Don't waste your money with this company, things on their website are not as they appear!! They are only out to scam people out of money. The item shipped from the UK, but the address to return products is actually in China.

Definately a scam from China, please do not buy from here, I'm too embarrassed to show what I thought i was buying and what I actually received. Let's hope I can get a refund but I fear I wont.
