Waiting for the booster and actual help from support takes more then the actual boost.
1st of all you have a live chat that used to have actual agents who you could talk to and help you out. Now your so called live chat is basically sending emails and hoping to god you actually get an answer.
2nd why do you have a discord channel if the mod aren't online or available? I have to create tickets through discord, seriously? I need an actual human to help or give me a time frame, not to create tickets upon tickets.
3rd if you look at the people in the discord community the one under support literally has a DND as his status? Are you freaking kidding me?
4th i don't know how you notify your booster when they get a message but I've literally waiting 2 hours for the booster to finally reply, he asked for an hour break. Fine, he is human maybe he played a lot etc, i said ok. Now it's been over an hour, he still hasn't joined and he is also not replying. At this point I've been ready to play for about 4 hours. I could have climbed on my own during this time or at least played instead of waiting and staring atba screen. I payed 126 euros for 3 days of working on this ticket with someone who is supposed to be a much higher player. This is absolutely disrespectful and ensures after this orders finishes I'll never use this service again. Not to mention that I should at least partially get my money back for all tge waiting and jumping through hoops to actually get to play what I payed for in advance.

Site is basically abandoned no point using it, I've used this site since 2021 and it has been great until the past couple months it has taken days to complete extremely small orders, I can hardly ever find a booster and the live chat dosent work anymore so they have just given up I'd reccomend a different service I won't be placing anymore orders
