It was hard to find out how to return an item so I had to email customer service. They stated I would need to pay for shipping for refund. They offered 30% refund if I kept the item. When I went to UPS store they said it would be over $200 to ship to China (the dress cost $60). Basically, if you buy from them don't expect to return the item.

0 STARS! Buyer BEWARE! Company non-responsive with return policy until 15 day period has closed. Ignore earlier communication until deadline passes, then refuse return. Write own fake reviews (received email asking if I wrote it). Stole my money too! I am ensuring they are reported!

The ordinary shipping you use is originally 15 working days to be delivered on that day, and it takes 5 working days to be delivered, so you should use expedited shipping, and it has already exceeded the 14-day after-sales time, and you can't pass the application for a return refund
