I never signed up for monthly prescription. Only as a one time purchase only. They then charged my card again. Now I have to dispute and get a new bank card. Very inconvenient. Non trustworthy.

Ads targeting lipedema patients
Lipedema is a genetic condition without a cure that affects lots of women. This company/scam targets people interested in lipedema on Instagram and puts an AI ad out that uses the progressive nature of the condition as their Call to Action to buy their shitty product (You're only gonna get worse!). They target vulnerable, scared people and promise to get your legs "summer-ready" if you just buy! Don't fall for it. Go speak to a doctor to treat your lipedema.

SCAM! NO PRODUCT/TOOK MY MONEY
I ordered my Elouris the beginning of May. It still hasn’t arrived and customer service went silent on me. They took my money and did not provide a product. ITS A SCAMMMM!!!! I’ve been in contact with support who has provided no assistance. I even replied 3 times and nothing. I emailed again, no response. They ghosted me at this point. Took my money and no product!

Waste of time and money
I was excited to receive my purchase. Tried it out (on the lowest suction) I could not glide on leg. The suction was so tight it wouldn't move. If I can't glide the suction up/down my leg on the lowest suction number what's the point? I'm very disappointed. Guess we'll see what happens when I try to return for full refund.

MASSIVE SCAM. The cupping device is dangerous. Instantly tried to return within the week. Stated there was a 30 day window to return. They rejected it. And have ignored all my emails. Don't let these scammers take anyone else's money.

Useless product, Misleading return policy and overall Dishonest Company
Useless product, bought only on basis they offered a refund if didn't work so thought 'what's the harm?' ....
Well now I try and get that refund, they either don't respond or when I submit for a return, they rejected it - they offer a short return window and with communications spread over weeks and now over this window, I can't see any hope of getting this refund ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam Artists.
Do not use this company. Product sent is cheap and poorly made. Does not do what it advertised. Contact the company several times, no response for over a week. I said I would send the product back, they refused. Requested a refund, they said i had to call the bank which is incorrect. They as the supplier should be refunding the customer.
Company needs to be investigated by trading standards.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They take no actionable responsibility for the lack of customer service. They sent out the product with a random shipping company which never delivered my product. Common sense is to ring the door bell and leave the product in the secure mailbox NOT IN THE STREET. When I contacted Elouris they gave me the run around with multiple emails back and forth. They take no responsibility for hiring a delivery company that clearly is also a random scammer that doesn’t deliver. And ofcourse Elouris is still not responding to emails or correcting the mistakes. Do not spend money here. Also it’s confirmed this brand sells the fake version of the cellulite reduction tool.

The suction is so powerful
The suction is so powerful, even on the the lowest setting and the skin was prepared well with the ginger oil. I am trying to get refund now, so I’m hoping I’ll get my money back with no problems.

A rip off! Its a chinese device sold cheaper all over the internet. Been totaly scammed by the elouris website. Fake story and product. Dont buy from them. Go to Amazon for same thing at less than half the price.
