Because we use genuine freshwater pearls, each pearl is naturally unique, so the size, shape, and overall look can vary slightly from piece to piece. That said, we completely understand that you expected the center pearl to stand out more based on the photos.

Our Turquoise Bead Pearl Necklace is 18 inches (about 45 cm),
designed to sit right on the collarbone so it pairs beautifully
with everything from a v-neck to a crew neck. The length is
listed in the product description, but I completely understand
that everyone has their own preference when it comes to fit.

If it's not right for you, we'll absolutely take care of it —
your happiness matters more to us than anything.
