Fake product

Simply put. It didn’t work at all. Nothing. I’ve been getting semi from another company for about 4 months. They worked just fine. Saw that elutide has a good sale decided to try it and I’m starving like I haven’t taken any at all. Not happy. Waisted time and money. But what goes around comes around. Selling fake product is insane to me. Like I wouldn’t notice.

I'm responding publicly because the accuracy of what we sell matters more than anything to us. Our products are real. Every batch we ship is independently tested at an accredited US laboratory for purity, identity, and endotoxin levels. A printed Certificate of Analysis goes in every box, including yours. Every vial also carries a QR code that links directly to that batch's lab test results. We built it this way so any customer can verify exactly what's in their order from day one.
I'm sorry your order didn't meet your expectations. Your order arrived just one week ago, and we would have loved the chance to address it directly before this.
I've already messaged you privately with two ways we can make this right: a free reship today, or research rewards (store credit) you can use whenever. If you no longer have access to the COA that shipped with your order, I'll include a fresh copy with the reship or email it to you separately.

COA in the box and through a company based in the US. Verifiable results and scientist signatures on the COA. The packaging is amazing as well. I hope it's not costing too much. You could cut back some and still impress with everything you get in the box. And we are going to need you to stay in business. Keep up this kind of service please.

Elutide seemed very promising when I first checked them out, but when asked about endotoxin test results (which are not on the website, or if they are, I can’t find them), I got no answer. Tried the chat feature multiple times as well as email and text. I also inquired in a comment on one of their Facebook ads and although they have not answered me, they’ve answered several other people’s questions and comments. For a company that is presenting itself as being super transparent and upfront, this is undeniably shady.

UPDATE: in response to Elutide’s response: I followed both links and there are no endotoxin testing results on their COAs from Horizon Labs (MS/HPLC only), or in their research section. Not sure what else to say. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get some simple info. I will not be emailing them again.
