I don't know, it's a strange website. I bought a vacuum cleaner from them last Wednesday and they didn't send me any shipping information. Yesterday I received an email with a tracking number, I entered it but it's not showing up

I spoke with Elvex over the live chat and they refused to offer buy now pay later. I am not gaining confidence over to them as they are fairly newer and i have had bad experiences with online shopping where items didnt get delivered after payment was made.
They were bit fishy during chat where they responded to have a physical shop by the "Beginning of Summer" and they referrred it to "June 2026" where in reality it is winter starting in June and not summer here in Australia.
