Their integration with Brevo is broken, and they are not ready to fix it. When asked for a refund, they said no, so we are stuck and we cannot use the credits. Poor support communication and poor attitude.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After paying a reasonable fee for their services, I was provided with a file that was unusable and could not be imported into my Shopify account. I reached out for support, but the responses I received were unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue. When I requested a refund, they refused to accommodate my request. Given the lack of a usable product and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to proceed with caution.

BEWARE: I made a purchase error with this company and within 1 hour, reached out to correct it. They were completely inflexible and absolutely would not work with me to adjust for my accident and desire to purchase a different product. The product may work well, but their practices are predatory and I would not recommend Emailable at all.

I used this service since the ''emailable'' was ''thechecker'' Adam is great guy dealing with custom discount package now emailable is great GUI and a lot of extra features . but its very costly i may suggestions need to bit pricing less so everyone can easy use this service over all good service , Recommend it

Very clear instructions and delivery of a clean email list. The GUI is great, too. I was not able to get Emailable to talk correctly with Mailchimp (import our list) but that could have been the nut at the user interface.

I loved it so much. It is a great tool. It will be much great if you extend its trial limit.

About 30% of the "deliverable" emails still bounced.

We had a terrible experience. We asked if their API supports TypeScript, to which the response was "we support JavaScript" (which made it unclear as to whether or not TypeScript is supported). We were unable to get a clear and concise answer to whether or not TypeScript was supported, and ultimately determined it was not, after combing the documentation on our own. Then we asked for a refund since we had purchased some initial credits about an hour prior to realizing that TypeScript is not supported, and that this product would not work for us. This should have been the END of what was othererwise a normal professional interaction. But no...

Our request for a $30 refund was refused. Monetarily this is no big deal, but is a huge negative signal as far as company culture and policy. So naturally we informed them we would dispute the charge with our bank - and voila, magically they agreed to provide a refund. We also asked for our credit card information to be removed from their systems (this request was entirely ignored). Next, a non technical customer support rep (whom we later found out to be the CTO) tried to argue with us over the definition of "TypeScript support". This person clearly had no knowledge of TypeScript or how it’s used, despite carrying the title CTO. It's still unclear as to why customer service and the CTO was arguing with us after a refund was provided. This would have been another great place to simply END the interaction and remove our credit card information as requested. But no...

So, we had to threaten to contact the appropriate regulatory agencies if Emailable was refusing to remove our credit card information from their systems. Next, our account was blocked / banned - and we have yet to receive confirmation as to whether or not our credit card information is being stored. Do yourself a huge favor and use something else like ZeroBounce for the deliverability metrics, or NeverBounce if you want email verification with TypeScript support.

One of the worst companies that don't care about the customer. I was about to purchase credits from them. Their worst detection system flagged me as bot. I contacted their support and asked if they can activate my account. But they refused and asked for rediculous number of personal information. I told them that I don't need may credits, just provide me with 10 credits so that I can test the service with few emails manually before I can decide if I should go for the purchase. But also they refused! The only way to check their service is by purchasing credits, which I am sure they will not refund if their service doesn't work! Stay away from them.

Emailable has been fantastic for our agency when working with clients that have outdated and old lists that have not been properly maintained over the years. The platform provides clear analytics on the results and let's us know which email subscribers are safe or not-so-safe to send to. Highly recommend them.

I use it to validate emails before capture, directly on the front end and it works great. Support was really helpful in setting it up, took minutes

I was having issues with bad, undeliverable emails that were giving me problems with Yahoo, AOL and Gmail blocking my domain. So I was told about Emailable from an internet company I was interviewing, and I did some research. The tech advisor on the chat was extremely helpful. We must have chatted for about an hour, before I felt that I had all my questions answered. He was very helpful and patient with me. The upload and download process was easy and seamless. No more undeliverable emails affecting my reputation online. Thank you

Emailable was one of the easiest IT solutions we have engaged with over the past year. We were transitioning our email service providers and wanted to make sure we cleaned the list properly. The system was easy to navigate, the results were exactly what we needed, and the overall solution is inexpensive. I highly recommend this solution to anyone in a similar situation.

Emailable is a cheap and reasonably straightforward tool. We chose to use it on account of the native integration with HubSpot, to do periodic sweeps of our entire database and for pre-campaign checks.

I'll allow that it's not always perfect -- there is probably a slightly higher tolerance than some of the more expensive verification tools like Kickbox -- but it's good enough to minimize the potential damage to our reputation. Our database requires quite significant work, hence the need for pre-campaign sweeps.

What I'd like to have from the tool is enhancement to use the features in the HubSpot workflows tool, to be able to filter out contacts that are undeliverable before sending out automated e-mails.

All in all, good product with reasonable support network, although more can be done on the integration front.
