I have been with Emanual's for quite a few months. They did have some good manuals but only half of the one I looked for. I finally decided that the monthly cost was not justified and cancelled my subscription. I just got charged for an other month, 2 days after I cancel. Unlike other subscriptions, you lose all access the day you cancel. Emailed customer support and I'm getting a bit repli to login and cancel.

At first I was stuck on how to get it to work on my computer and then how to print off the procedures but the after sales tech support was awesome. Twice they controlled my laptop remotely and I was able to see each step so I can use it now to its full potential. Very happy with it and definitely recommend

I am writing this to warn others about the "free trial" offered by eManual Online. They are not transparent about how this works, and in my opinion, it is intentionally designed to be useless so you are forced to pay.
Here is what they don’t tell you upfront:
It isn't a real trial: You only get five 10-minute sessions.
Sabotaged Navigation: The manual I accessed was 9,000 pages long, but they removed the index. This makes it impossible to jump to the section you actually need.
The Trap: Because there is no index, you have to manually scroll through thousands of pages. While you are hunting for the right page, your 10-minute timer is ticking down. Once that timer hits zero, the session shuts down immediately.
It feels very sneaky and dishonest. If you can't find what you need in that tiny window—which is nearly impossible without an index—they couldn't care less. They should be much more upfront about these restrictions instead of burying them. Save your time and look elsewhere for a service that is actually transparent with its customers.

I lost my emanual on line and I reported to them and they came up with a new web sight very quickly

Signed upp for free trial. Site was painfully slow and unusable at that speed and the interface was awful trying to find in the books.

Forgot to cancel the trial before charging my card for having such unusable service.

Asked for refund and they send discription on how to cancel the membership that i already done when i found charge. not any possiblility on getting money back.

Excellent responsive support. Their manual would not run on Apple M2 chip so they set me up a remote login to a hosted Windows environment that runs the software manuals. I have used them to supply manuals for several vehicles.

Their response was quick, accurate, and friendly.
And
Since I live outside the US and have significantly less access to car information compared to those in the US, the contents of this manual are extremely valuable.

I look forward to putting it to good use in the future.

I have used emanuals way in the past en have had more detailed knowledge available than other manual providers

It was the followup by CHAD after completing the purchase. It showed that you guys care for your customers whether or not if we were able to install and use the emanuals. Also , the company has a wide range of manuals that you can choose and match exactly for your car. Also, if your not sure, they are easily reachable and respond back to your queries immediately. For example my mini F56 JCW was not on the list, I just emailed them and they showed me which manual to choose that would cover specifically for my car. They really make you confident in your purchase of choosing the emanual. I am not a techie, but their emanuals are easily downloadble , easy to install and use. Will definitely recommend this to all car DIY enthusiasts , newbies and even expert mechanics.

Ordered a manual but it was not the manual as shown in text of the advertisement. Informed company and told them about the problem. They appoligized for the error and corrected the description. Also got the correct document and sent it to me within 2 days of the original request. Very helpful and responsive. Would use them again

Im in South Africa. We don't have much service and use cell towers for data. The program is still down loading but it will be fine Im shure.
To get sevice as I got from you was a real shock to the system. IT IS GREAT. Thank you.

I've contacted customer support a couple of times and have been pleasantly surprised on how quickly they responded and resolved my issues.

I'm an automotive engineer (mechanic) by trade for 50 yrs but you still need the specs to do shit properly.
I have dozens of hard copy and equal of PDF manuals.
I purchased an annual membership last Dec and it is definitely value for money and variety of subjects.
So far so good with these guys no major complaints (Australian-American year/indentification a bit off)
and if I did whine I suspect they would help me out.

I love the Assortment and different makes models and breeds of manuals available

This manual had everything needed for troubleshoot and repair. The detailed wiring diagrams were fantastic.

As others have pointed out, SCAM. The whole site is meant to find ways to entrap you with a promise of a free membership only find ways to commit you to a 'full membership' for actions you take on the site. They even admit their site is unusable and confusing (that's by design) -- see other reviews here to see them admitting it.

Customer service is only there to make up why excuses for why you have to pay for something you didn't explicitly agree to. They use abusive speech in replies. I'm sure they'll cut an paste a form letter to reply to this. Best to run and avoid if you want to protect your money.

When I asked for assistance it was quick and helpful.

There was a technical issue to start(due entirely to the computer on my end) tech support responded quickly (RJ) and resolved the issue even quicker! As a retired mechanic, the manual has everything i need. Will certainly use them next time in in need.

I couldn’t download my files at first. However, customer support quickly jumped in and assisted with the problem. They gave me the type of attention a customer would appreciate, making them a priority.
