Great online chatter and the customer support is great!

2026 every video chat a guy masturbating, tried for 30 mins, trauma for life... one girl in underwear, but not the one u want, skipped me immediately, trash of an app, text chat didn't connect for 10 mins

The title really says it all... This site will definitely make your mental health worse, 100%. Unfortunately, some people are merely disgusting and wish nothing but the worse for you. Please consider wisely why you want to join this site, it can get addictive real fast:(

Do NOT go on "one-on-one", the chances of people being weird and disgusting is 95%. I would suggest to join the groupchats instead (NOT VIDEO), as its more "safer" and "better". However, please for God`s sake do not go there if you are under 18. I have been on eme irregulary for around 2 years now, and i have chosen to quit emerald forever. 90% of people on emerald are not genuine people you want to be friends with.

Of course I have met some genuine friends whom I still have contact with today. I couldn`t imagine my life without them honestly. With that being said, I do NOT give any guarantee that you will find such friends. I have probably met over 500 people there and only met 5 genuine people... The ratio says a lot, it's definitely better to go outside and connect with real people instead of wasting 15-20 hours almost every week just to find 5 genuine people over the span of around a year.

At the end I want to warn every youngster thinking about joining such sites. I have mentioned most of the things you will 100% interfere with. Please take care of yourself and do NOT use your real name or share personal information etc. People can track your IP.adresse and dox it in public gc... Stay safe, don`t join the site. (two stars goes for the genuine people I have met, otherwise I would rate it 1 star)

My experience was elevated once I upgraded to gold. Could focus on talking with females without having to tap next on men. Gave me a chance to have meaningful conversations and fun experience with females all over the world. The company responds to my support emails when I have them in a prompt manner. Will continue to use the site for as long as it continues being a positive experience.

The customer service for the site is really responsive. They were quick in responding to my complaint.

Emerald has honestly changed the way I look at online connections. What started as casual chats has turned into building real friendships, and that’s something I didn’t think I would find here. It’s more than just a platform, it’s been a bridge to meeting people I wouldn’t have met otherwise

They have the best support so far compared to other chat sites. I used thundr before but they don't respond to my billing problems! Most of the chat sites are scam, most are spams and bots which are annoying! Glad I found this one.

After they resolved the problem instead of a refund I was offered Extra amenities to the site in which made me enjoy the site although this is good only when finding the customer service after finding the costumer service they where very helpful

I didn’t like how hard it was to get in contact with the support team also I didn’t like how my account was charged even without me even having a account at the time although once I was in contact they work fast and efficiently even though

I paid for the ability to talk to these people that the premium purchase was supposed to allow me to do, unfortunately I have been waiting for a minute for a connection to no avail

I met this guy, a simple and smart, a funny and silly nobody. A two weeks full of sparks and silly smiles. We live in two different Inds. I feel like I've known him since forever. Turned out we were elephants and he said elephants don't forget. We like stupid questions like what you do, what are you up to, where are you. While we already know the answer that we both are two people with nothing to do, up to nothing, and sit side by side in this chatting room. He once asked where were I, I answered, "Here. Staring at you like the blood moon would have swallowed me tonight," he the responded, "Damn your lines."

He once said that we both shine when we're alone. We both like to do things alone like hop on trains to just read, eat out, going to the cinema, or just sitting at our own space feeling the empty space with the loneliness sometimes or without the loneliness. Although we only met through the chat room, but I know immediately that I'll be having a comfortable silence with this guy.

At some point, the system didn't work out. He might think it was me who left but I never wanted to. Maybe just the system. Yet the customer experience team was very helpful. Whether this will be having a sweet journey ahead or not, but I'm forever thankful for this app for being a place for me to meet my fellow silly elephant from the previous life.

And for you, mrnobody, if you read this silly message, I wish you always know how special and beautiful you are. And those two weeks means like the beach where we wanted to be living in running a small shack with a character. If Waymond Wang would liked to just doing laundry and taxes with Evelyn, I would liked to just listening to your old guy talk, listening to you being a nerdy movie geek, doing a trash talk together, even enjoying the most comfortable silence.
