Dr Sheun Oke was very patient analysing the rules and conditions of the whole process and she was able to answer all my questions. She also demonstrated a lot of knowledge and professionalism in her field.

She would allow your voice to be heard, your concerns and worry, also no question is treated as silly! Dr would would gently explain, share her screen with you and read and explain the fine lines(where applicable) you are made aware of the pros and cons and the perks (where applicable) of each insurance cover. And no she's not pushy!
She seems genuinely interested in your progress, wellbeing and intentionally guides you.
