THE LEAST I CAGIVE THSI COMPany is a zero ! Do not ored from them.

I thought the clothes looked really attractive in the descriptions and i ordered all small sizes three items which cost me well over a hundred pounds. When they eventually arrived they were terribe quality, paper thin and i was sent all medium sizes . It was a real scam as i was told that it would cost me up to fifty pounds to send them back to China . what crooks . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM >

If you want to go up in flames like a New Year’s Eve fireworks display do not buy definitively do not smoke a cigarette anywhere near these clothes. Absolutely shocking that they are still on the go and not just Eastbourne but now in Manchester etc under different names

Company is a scam. As others have stated, they are not based in Eastbourne and delivery is not by Royal Mail.
Items did arrive eventually but were not of the quality specified. As others have found out they are reluctant to accept returns.
After a number of emails i did get a return address and sent the items back. Return via Evri is not as expensive as they say in their emails, however, the items are now stuck in customs in China and the company appears reluctant to move things forward.
I am not confident that this situation will reach a satisfactory conclusion.
I wish i had looked at Trust pilot before ordering. not a mistake i will make again.

Do not order from this website. They are dishonest as not in Eastbourne as stated! Instead they reside in China! I received my products after three weeks and then needed to return them. Despite contacting them many times, they didn’t respond. Eventually after many emails later asking for the address to return the products, they confirmed they didn’t recommend sending the items back as it costs at least £35 to do so. I was offered 10% refund and told to keep the products.I believe I’ve been misled and will never purchase from them again.

Awful company. They say on website that you can return items in 14 days for a refund but it’s not the case becauae you have to send them back to China. Think whole website is a fraud and not based in Eastbourne and sizing is way out.

Lesson learned!!! "delivery in 48 hrs by Royal Mail" - three weeks later it arrived. This should have been my first warning really that it was coming from China not Eastbourne!! I have bought cheap items from Shein for amateur dramatics costumes before now and the dress i received from Emilyn was exactly the same fabric. I e mailed them my disappointment and told them of my disappointment and that I would only be using the dress fot housework. I recevied a clearly standard message about having to pay the costs of the return to their "warehouse in China" which almost amounts to the same cost as the dress! A £35 dres which was probably made in China for £2. Avoid this like the plague!!!

Absolutely awful experience. Clothes are substandard (material is awful). No means of returning due to high costs of shipping back to China. £150 totally wasted. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

This company does not exist I ordered a pair of sandals and a linen dress which looked great on the model when they arrived after 3 weeks the sandals were the wrong size and cheap plastic not leather the dress was scratchy material no labels and nothing like the photo

SCAMMERS!! Everything from China NOT Eastbourne! DO NOT BUY FRIM FROM THEM. Send out cheap naff items then say you have to pay to return between £30-£50 for shipping! Apparently could cost more! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS !!!!

Scam Chinese company - not in Eastbourne do not buy. I received (eventually) all wrong sized and cheap nasty items. £50+ to return or 10% refund! The reviews on website are fake, quality is dire with all labels cuts out.

Company FB ad is a scam. Not a boutique closing down! Discovered this after ordering so did not expect to receive anything. Registered it as a scam with CC company but now have just receive a shirt. Not worth having as the shirt is awful. Dreadful quality, shape, material.

Company purports to be from Eastbourne but is based in China. Am annoyed I didn’t check thoroughly as I usually do. I ordered size 6.5 shoes and they sent a size 2. Their return policy is useless as the cost is astronomical. They are scammers DO NOT USE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. In my view this website should have been taken down by now to avoid anyone else being scammed.

Another fooled customer and I had made sure I went into the website rather than relying on the Facebook Link. Was taken in by the Eastbourne address and reviews on the actual garment were fine. I am annoyed with myself for not checking out the company thoroughly. As with other customers, the garment eventually arrived from China barely resembling that ordered. The returns policy is meaningless and even if the item was returned to China I doubt if a refund would be forthcoming. Avoid and take care as there are other companies that appear to be in UK but are from China and have similar reviews, all advertising the same garments.

Awful, if you do read this first please don't order anything. Very poor and faulty, returns are hilarious with sending to China. Postage in excess of the item cost.

Scam..This is NOT a company based in Eastbourne. Typical Chinese scam..I've checked with Companies House...non existent company.
Terrible fit on the dress. Waist is far too high. Not worth the money.

Advertised as small boutique in Eastbourne, dresses I ordered looked lovely, nothing like the dresses I received all the way from China, I wouldn't wear them to bed never mind in public. They have offered me a 20% refund of the £69 I paid for the dresses if I keep them. Feel totally scammed!!

If I could give this scam company a -10 I would. I stupidly ordered two dresses believing the boutique was in Eastbourne and was closing down. I paid £69.09. After three emails (from me) asking where my order was I received the dresses two weeks later. There was nothing on the website about returns but again, stupidly, I didn’t think there would be a problem with returns. Wrong. The dresses arrived and were nothing like the dresses on their website I wouldn’t pay £5 for them let alone £69. I have now heard that I have to return the dresses to China at a cost of between £25-50. I am reporting this scam to Trading Standards

this company is a total fake and must be going against trading standards

Company purports to be in Eastbourne, England but the dress arrived from China. It was poor quality, flimsy, poor fitting and definitely NOT as the photos online. After requesting a return/refund I got a long winded email with no return address and saying it would cost around £50 to return to China. This is clearly a scam and I have reported them to Trading Standards. Many of the items are under £70 so S75 is not applicable. Hopefully this lot will be shut down soon. DO NOT USE
