I am very happy with my new Ceramic jockey wheels and the first class service from these guys

First class advice and service

Ordered a variety of components for a new bike build and James patiently(!) guided me through the options and advised me on the best choice for my build.

Prices were on point and better than Sigma, Fawkes etc etc and yet the service and advice was like a traditional bike shop.

Could not be happier to recommend.

Really good and prompt service - my order was delivered within just a few days of my placing it online. And this was in stark contrast with the first retailer i ordered my group set from who had been sitting on my order for nearly a fortnight & still not dispatched my order 😳

Quality feeling bottom bracket that was an easy fit with the tool supplied. Really like that the bearings can be replaced without having to buy a new complete bottom bracket. Delivery time OK but could be quicker when compared to other suppliers. Price was very competetive and the decider for me when choosing this product and supplier. Overall, exceeded my expectations.....

Delivery time was long, but don't comment that, it was UK/EC purchase.
Bought Tripeak pulley wheels. There was no original manufacturer box, only plastic bag and no original ceramic bearings fluid

Good price and quality, fast delivery

There were problems with the deliver took 3 attempts for them to turn up, when they eventually did was just chucked in a plastic bag missing the lubricant and box. The parts are decent and I would have ordered another but the service was poor really so I’m reluctant.

The site had easy navigation and the product I was looking for. The storefront worked well and my purchase was easy. Their AI help bot was even helpful when I had questions about my order after placing it.

Great advice from James on my requirements and a swift replacement and delivery after the first order went missing with the courier.

Very helpful. Phoned to speak with someone who directed me to the right part for my bike. Would recommend!

Acquistato dal loro sito on Line il 22 settembre. La loro data di consegna era il 26 settembre. Ad oggi 10 ottobre non è ancora arrivato niente, la loro risposta è stata quella che dovevo fare una spedizione a pagamento più veloce. Ma se a me andava bene la consegna il 26, perché avrei dovuto scegliere altro? Altra risposta che loro hanno consegnato al corriere e quindi non sono più responsabili. Come se il corriere lo avessi scelto io. Primo e ultimo acquisto da loro e spero di non avere buttato 200€.
