Very very bad customer service ,always need to spent more than half an hour to get customer agent in phone..

We purchased a company whose had an established business account with EI Bank... Any transaction with them is a nightmare, many inefficient and unprofessional employees and high fees and charges (uncompetitive) no clue how to support small businesses. I highly DO NOT recommend.

I wish I can give 0 stars. Imagine being at the checkout of supermarket with 1000dhs worth of grocery only to be told “your card is declined”. Imagine having only that bank account. No cash. Imagine having to walk out in front of the whole store and leave all the grocery. At least have the courtesy to call/sms/email a customer when you block their card!!!!!!!!

I got a platinum credit card from Emirates Islamic bank, thinking that i shall use the benefits but soon i realized that it is worst credit card. I am using so many other bank's cards but I shall not recommend anybody to take cards from E Islamic. Lot of issues i faced and biggest joke is you have to wait more than 20 minutes to talk with customer care. Oh my god, I have cancelled it now

The worse bank and it humiliates its clients by their branch managers and call center employees

The Credit card team the worsts in service. I applied and after 1 month still they are not submitting and even not properly communicating with customer. after 1 month each time when I calling they are keep saying its under review.

Absolutely unprofessional team and bank. Demand all the time same documents, when yo send it, they start to demand something else. Customer service take 10 working days to respond!!! Trying to put their nose into your transactions which were done 1,5 year ago. Blocked a card without informing and without any reason. If I could give 0 rating I will do.

I wanted to open a business account i went to the main branch in zayd road

at the reception I was told to go up to the specific floor when opening business accounts

I was received by the adviser Tariq who was odious:
1/ he told me that he did not know about the women business account or its advantages (I pointed out to him that the advertisement for this service was on the site and displayed at the outside entrance of the bank over several meters, he confirmed to not see what it is and that it should open at the bottom

2/before going down, he allowed himself to do
remark (subtle) concerning the opposition of my niqab and jalbab and my French nationality!)

3/I returned to the ground floor where 2 employees told me to return to the top specific to the business account opening!

4/ the manager downstairs confirmed this to me, and told me that Tariq was going to welcome me again
he then remembered the womenbusiness account and gave me a list of 25 documents to bring for the opening, explaining to me that the opening was not guaranteed and that he told me if the file would be rejected or not after 30 days!

5 / I took the list after 30 minutes they brought me water that I asked for 5 times and Tariq offered me a coffee in view of my tired eyes! (I remind you that I wear the niqab.. .subtle remark once again )

6/ I left telling him that this lack of respect is anti-Islamic, anti-comercial and unprofessional

and I went to open an account at ADIB which welcomed me wonderfully

I had done the due bill payment in the card on 3/12/2022 but not received yet..Today is the due date and may get extra charges by tomarrow.To inform this and to check i had called your customer service 3 times..Each call last for more than 70 mints and nobody was attending.Waste of time & waste of money. I will make a formal complaint once i get your official Id.The worst bank & customer service ever seen

Idk what kind of operating services they’ve dealing with it. I called them since from 1:30H they are not answering the call why are fools we open account in their useless bank and we’re consuming our balance we’re wasting our time but they don’t care. I didn’t see this kind of behaviour with any other bank. Even 1 star they don’t deserve 😡

I got a terrible experience with E Islamic bank. I closed my credit card on 28th Sept 2022 and cleared all outstanding. Bank gave confirmation on the next day that the card is blocked.
On 10th Oct 2022 EIB debited money from my account and threatened me to pay now.
Keep on sending messages from the 1st of November to pay the money.
I visited one of the EIB branches, and the customer care staff told me that you may be right, but the bank will definitely collect money from you.
Very bad experience ...

This bank is so slow, it’s a shame. 2 month to do paperworks that takes normally 3 days!!!

Low processing need More branches and employee

To call EIB is hell of a mission , to reach to customer support agent took my two days time and my data !!! It is useless how many commands they have on the system and they still keep you waited for almost 30 mins ! Shorten the commands and make it easy to reach agent please!!! I truly hated it the worse experience

I applied for a credit card with one of the agents..so i submitted all the documents as required and the guy told me the cc will be out with 5-7days from the day of application..
I waited one week down the line i decided to call him he said that next day would recieve a verification code which i didn't then later on that day he started asking for my bank statement which intially he had told me to send him one month statement or iban so i sent iban..so i asked him whether the process had started or he is just starting i got no response till date been one month i even tried to reach him no response..
Very bad experience no transparency towards customers and you created a bad reputation felt some sort of lies just maybe to get his commision and not do his job properly..
would not reccomend worst bank..

Worst customer service experience, waiting in call for 40 mins and still no one attended. Issue is such that i cant ignore.....stay away

Such a poor customer service experience...
Went to khalidiya branch,Abudhabi and paid money.
Asking staff about details in the paper but he s just reading out whats thr in the paper,that i can do it..Unwilling to explain it in layman terms...Then how do customers will understand...Its not like procedure of come,pay and go...Is this a customer service...Plz guide customers little bit so that they will come back again..
