The advantage of a birch tray such as our Black Toast Rectangular Birch Tray is that it's very light. Just as well if you're carrying all the goodies listed on here - what a tea party! Product Wording BREAD & HONEY, TOMATO SANDWICHES, SCONES with JAM, TOASTED MUFFINS, SMOKED SALMON on a BAGEL, BAKEWELL TARTS, GINGER CAKE

I haven't used my tray yet but love the design. I love the Birch bottom of the tray. Has a nice feel versus plastic. It goes nicely with the butter dish I purchased as well.
