I am delighted with this bowl. Although sold as a second, any imperfections are very minor and do not detract from its beauty or usefulness at all. The artichoke design is gorgeous and the bowl has all the charm I expect from Emma Bridgewater.

Bought this as a replacement for my daughter. Lovely
Your packets need to do a much better job and I also think you should seriously consider using a courier other than EVRI!!
