Poor quality. Arrived with arrow pointing to error in the mug. Rim of mug not properly glazed.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your seconds item. We can advise that our seconds items can have an issue with the decoration, shape or finish and any faults may be highlighted with a black pencil mark, however this should wash off.

Bought as a ‘second’, but can find no fault. It’s a fab mug and many cups of tea will be made in it.
