Good quality, reasonable prices, shipping takes a little while
Have ordered quite a few times and the clothing is great quality. Prices are reasonable and worth joining the Backstage Club to save on postage if ordering regularly. Shipping times are a little longer than some retailers, I believe the items are despatched from Germany.
Only reason for four stars this time is order was placed 03 March and not delivered until 21 March. Not a massive problem, but no updates until 20 March, after I chased twice. Just keep the shipping times in mind if you are ordering for a specific event/occasion. Will happily shop with them again though

Repeated incorrectly labelled jeans…3 times!
Three pairs of men’s jeans have had to be returned now because 34 inch waist was ordered but measuring the jeans, you could clearly see all three were 36 inch waist. This is ridiculous and I am really losing faith in EMP. They have always been so good but when I reported this issue after the second pair measured different to what was ordered ( I can provide the photos to prove it) the response was a waste of time.

Great service, love the style …
Service and communication were great and I loved the clothes. Unfortunately not a good fit, so I have to return them. That's my fault as I was over optimistic on the hip size! Lesson learned. I will order again as I love their style
