Liz at Empathic Minds Counselling has been an absolute lifeline for me over the past year. I can't overstate how much her support has transformed my life. Her counselling style is a perfect fit for me; it's evident that she genuinely cares, and her warmth and bubbly personality makes every session incredibly comforting. Talking to her feels like confiding in a trusted friend I've known for years. I can't recommend her services highly enough.

Having known Lizz myself for roughly six months through my partner Ezra, Liz has been there for us both. If you are wanting or are after a truly professionally delivered therapy session , then this lady I would highly recommend. Extremely empathic, down to earth and someone who actually listens to you. It was a pure chance meeting with Lizz and couldn't wish for a better councillor/therapist. Lizz will actually treat you as an individual and not look at you as just another statistic or number , like most practices do, including the NHS.

Empathic counselling service is one of kind. Liz after one session changed my life. I was broken, bereft, traumatised and agoraphobic. I felt like a walking trauma case that nobody would ever want to know.

6 months on I have driven long journeys and a gig! I couldn’t even go to the supermarket across the road! I was crying constantly and just in constant state of anxiety.

I have autism and adhd and no approach has ever been affective. I’ve met a lot of therapists. This is what makes Liz different she understands neurodivergent people differ like neurotypical individuals.

She has taught me many coping strategies and made me feel validated. If you want a compassionate, professional, empathetic counsellor I highly recommend you contact Liz for a session. She changed my life and outlook and as cheesy as it sounds I believe she can help you too.
