Have no idea who they are. Was given details from old landlord. Contacted them 3 times each time each advisor (if that's what you call them) gave me different information. First one said it was a high court bailiff (don't have high court bailiffs anymore, they're enforcement agents). Alarm bells rang. Then he confirmed he wasn't a bailiff....he was rude and hung up. Second one wouldn't tell me anything more then hung up also. Third one kept talking over the top of me and wouldn't listen. When I told her I'd hold her responsible if she wouldn't let me talk she just continually spoke over me and said I threatened her asked how I threatened her and apparently by telling someone to listen or you'll hold them responsible is classed as a threat.
Long story short turns out this is something to do with a parking charge so they have purchased my details from DVLA (as we all know private companies do). I haven't given any personal details and won't confirm them therefore no business can be conducted.
I'm hoping they take it to court where I can play back the recordings of how unprofessional they are and have the company investigated.

Disgusting company, I was sent a letter demanding money saying I hadnât paid a parking fine back in 2019. The reg of the vehicle I had never owned. They didnât give a s..t and treated me like dirt over the phone. Wouldnât give any evidence so I had to find my own before they sent bailiffs to my door! After contacting dvla and them providing me proof of no ownership of the vehicle they finally backed off! The members of staff should be sacked for not doing there job properly and youâre always innocent until proven guilty! Around this time a family member passed away so as you can imagine I didnât need to be accused of this as well! I kept ringing them up to say youâve got the wrong person and they would turn a blind eye to it.

Obnoxious and intransigent. Letter chasing up a debtor who may (or may not) have lived at the address before my daughter bought it in 2023.
Now SHE has to prove that it's her address. Not her problem!!! Also, they refused to discuss with me as I'm not the property owner. This was after they failed to reply to an earlier email.

I keep receiving text messages from these demanding payment. Saying they've sent me letters (there have been no letters) for a parking fine in Swindon (I've never been to Swindon. Won't tell me the address they have on file (Its not any address i have ever lived at) and they won't provide me with the car reg that has received the parking notice either. It is clearly a case of mistaken identity from when I have bought a car but they have been zero help. When put on "hold" for them to discuss internally and get advice on how to proceed, unfortunately they didn't mute. Hearing someone give advise of "tell him tough s**t" and laugh is really great stuff.
They also don't answer the phone 90% of the time, and don't reply to emails.
Clearly scaremongers.

I can't muster up enough effort to write this review so I'll cut to the chase. £100 fine from tesco for loading/unloading for 3 minutes and 18 seconds. IAS appeal failed.
Magically, empira, owned by Gladstones solicitors, sends me a letter demanding £170. I argue on and off for 4 months about the legality of what they're doing (literally aren't allowed to charge the extra £70 according to the international parking code, with the motion being paused as a debate in parliament since 2019.)
One night, I say fk this, and pay. £170 gone. If I had waited, idk, 3 more months, I probably would've received mail from Gladstones btiching about a CCJ ð€âïž. I'm an idiot for paying and I wish I hadn't, but hey, luckily finances were marginally good enough to pay the useless gimps.
To conclude: the tactics include making you wait, telling you on the phone that they don't know anything regarding when letters are sent (apparently suddenly don't work for the company) and telling you that installments aren't available.

Tried setting up a payment plan 3 times now with this company. They resorting to scare mongering and not helpful with pushy emails and staff when you do phone up and get through that is.
They wont listen and cause undue stress. I am disabled and ive tried to sort a payment plan where its affordable to me but they keep insisting on scare tactics which is causing mu illness to flare more.
Id understand if i wasnt going to pay but they keep threatening further action if its not set up.
I have all emails to prove ive tried to set it up on my finances but they keep refusing.

Believe all the negative reviews. I was not rude not once, first the lady spoke normally and then switched! Soon I said Iâm not paying as I didnât receive a letter and knew nothing about this fine that was apparently issued in febraury (Tesco car park). How did they get my number? She was trying to intimidate me telling me they will win the case in court and itâll be going to Gladstones etc. Rushed/forced to give my address which I was going to give anyways but when she repeatedly asked for my address like I was trying to avoid giving it and she had to ensure it was updated so they can continue harassing me I found it very strange. Iâm a single parent and disabled with severe mental health problems, apparently I had gone over parking time but disabled users have longer parking time for a reason I canât walk very fast and have a young child with with me. They have no empathy, heartless people work for this company that need to be investigated for being unprofessional and picking on the vulnerable. Thieves !!!

I just wish I had dealing with them from the start. Got an email stating I have to pay unsettled money for some PCN haha. First thing first, PCN's are sent in to your car registered address via post. That's the law. You have a right to pay discounted amount of fine in 14 days of receiving letter. If you don't pay it then you have to pay full amount. Before it goes to any debt collecting agency you will receive at least three letters where the last one is a final notice to pay before sending to enforcement agency. This company is a scam, going through government debtors database and threatning people who are already in some kind of debts to pay more money. Silly people. I am more than happy for you to come over to my house and try to take any action hahaha

I have just been contacted by this company today, I have a disabled vunruable child under 16, they are threatening to come to remove goods.
I have offered to pay the bill off next week as I have no money this week.
Very frustrating, scary it upset me and children I had with me as we had just been out. If I could give no stars I would. Sickening, disgusting unethical, unprofessional and no proof, legitimate proof I did what they say. Due to me sending numerous emails they are still threatening to turn up when they know our extremely vulnerabilities.
