Best rate, smooth experience

Empire of America made the home loan process easy. Broke down the the process from inquiry to closing so that we were informed and knew exactly what was needed at each step. The whole team was easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend to my family and friends

Being a first time home buyer I'm glad I went with Empire. David, Stephanie and their team walked me through the process and paper work which I really appreciated. David was easily accessible and reachable at any time which was great. He got on the phone with me and explained any questions I had. Would definitely advise anyone to go with Empire.

Absolutely the best place you can go to for a refinance or new loan. Everyone at this establishment is very professional and FAST! The ball is always in my court when I'm getting my refinance done. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they want to help you get the loan. It's a no brainer. If you are reading this then call them. I've done three loans over there with zero problems.

I have used Empire three times now. All painlessly easy to deal with. My contact David was great each time. I already recommend this to friends and family. Check their website out, most of the info there is correct real time. Its great from a customer viewpoint. I happy I found them.

Excellent Service! David Jones and Stephanie Marrazzo are readily available to answer questions and respond to concerns. They are easy to reach by phone and email. I have used their services on three different occasions. Instant rate quotes are viewable online and on demand without having to give personal information in advance. They are always professional, courteous, and responsive.

David and his team helped us refinance last year. Always pleasant and helpful. Straight answers and fully explained options. Have recommended many people who also had very good experience. It is nice to be able to trust someone with your information and feel they are looking out for your best interest.

My second refi with Empire in three years; this time a complicated cash out for constructing an ADU. David, Stephanie, and the rest of the office are very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The only response during the whole process that was not immediate happened to be on the day before Stephanie’s wedding!
