I made a complaint in November and was told a team member would get in touch. Since then, I have followed up on eight separate occasions and keep being told that someone will contact me, but nothing has happened.

We have been charged both an annual fee and monthly fees at the same time.

Empmonitor mail server is being used to data phishing, they are masquerading as LEDGER CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Beware!
