Order came very quickly and and easy to follow instruction video took only 5 minutes to setup . Clarity is excellent and app easy to install. Great Australian company to deal with . Highly recommended! Thanx

The team was very knowledgeable about the product and the cameras are awesome. They significantly out perform our commercial grade cameras that have fixed wiring.

Stay away absolute dud. No support, wont do what they say it will do just spin and good marketing.

Faulty camera from the start. Customer service is poor. It always takes two emails to get a response and the They want video evidence of making a reset. Despite doing everything correctly they continue to say I am doing the process wrong. I expect they are just trying to fob me off. After 3 “pro forma” responses saying I am doing something wrong I have had enough.
I should have read the reviews as others have had the same experience.

Bought 5 of these cameras mid this year, thinking they were good. Well have to say that the cameras are terrific but the software and their technical support is shit. They claim that they have a "human mode", so that the cameras don't pick up anything except people. Well that's just not true, we were getting up to 80 notification per hour due to palm shadows. The Human mode also self turned off. I contacted their technical support and basically got strung along for 5 months with bullshit answers and false remedies, before I engaged the Office of Fair Trading to sort out a full refund. So, if considering these guys - DONT, just go and buy elsewhere. It will save you so much trouble.

I was considering buying from these guys but after reading the reviews I will go elsewhere. It’s easy for friends and family to post 5 star reviews. I won’t be buying from them. Not for me.

Getting very frustrated with trying to reach this company. Purchased a Security Camera then realised it needed a SIM card and cost would be ongoing $25 per month and so immediately requested a change over to a WiFi model as I am on an Aged Pension fixed income.. This was BEFORE item was shipped. First was contacted by "Dave" and told this would happen then unit arrived and is the SIM model. Rang and Texted the Mobile number on website..it is disconnected and office phone in Gold Coast goes straight to Message Bank. I have been emailing and leaving messages for a week now with no response from this company.

Their app keldon security, they changed their name recently, app has different options to link cameras to your wifi. If do not watch the video they sent in response to my email query, would not had been able to connect cameras with correct option. cameras go off line if modem is turned off, loss of power. yet waiting to rectify if their team contacts me.

Stumbled across this product and thought I’d give them a go as the price was amazing. So far I can’t fault the door bell at all, it works as promised, the image is super clear and the battery life is fantastic.
I’m definitely going to be getting more cameras from this company.

Had tried ring and others prior but just couldn't stomach paying an ongoing fee to review my footage. So i took the punt and went with these guys, best thing i ever did. Even just purchased their new doorBell camera which works a reat. Highly recomend!

Great customer service and a really great quality product for the affordable price. What I loved the most was the video quality of the Solar Camera Pro 2.0, it’s so clear.

Quality equipment. Easy to install/use! Have had them for over a year now with no issues. Solar panel keeps it charged up.

Do NOT recommend Emporium Security / Keldco Support.
They approved replacements for faulty cameras after a laborious process of numerous requests for different types of evidence, then backtracked and are now asking me to pay return/testing costs.
This is a breach of Australian Consumer Law – faulty goods must be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.
avoid this company.

This company refuses to give after sales service my unit is faulty and won’t charge from the solar panel after emailing and contacting them on multiple occasions to only be told sorry we forgot about you then the demands to prove the unit was faulty where next level but I followed through with their demands only to be totally ghosted once again. Don’t buy from these guys they refuse to give warranties on faulty products and block you on Facebook for doing a review I will be taking this to fair trading EMPORIUM you are on notice

Great easy to use cameras. Not one hole drilled

Seamless installations of sensors. Needed a bit of tweaking to limit false alarms but seem to have got that now.
Looking to buy more sensors when they are back in stock, also a solar camera

Great service, when contacted them about issue, they responded quickly, bought 5 camera's, 1 had a missing side panel, they sent me out another 1, cameras has nice functions, highly recommend

Recently purchased cameras and have been advised that I need to purchase microTF cards separately to allow the playback to work. I have tried to reach out to the company ( KELD & CO PTY LTD) to make an enquiry regarding the product and keep being put through to a robot. I am simply asking for a manual to review the product and also trying to email them but the email does not work. Have I just been ripped off?
