Attending the 7-day yoga and wellness retreat with Empower Balance was truly one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived at the beautiful villa surrounded by rice fields, I felt a deep sense of peace and belonging.

The daily yoga and meditation sessions were healing and perfectly paced — even as a beginner, I felt fully supported by the warm, knowledgeable teachers from India and Bali. The Ayurvedic meals were nourishing and delicious, and the personal attention to my diet and well-being was something I’ve never experienced on any retreat before.

I attended this yoga and meditation retreat in Bali hoping for a reset and it was just amazing.
The instructor, Ms. Devi was compassionate and intuitive, creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age or experience level. The evening meditations helped me to sleep better. I felt like totally disconnected from the chaos.

I was in Bali, the land known for its healing energy and spiritual depth. I had been going through a lot mentally and emotionally, and I was honestly just searching for a short escape something that could bring me peace, even if just for a few days.

That’s when I found this 3-day yoga and wellness retreat. And believe me, those three days changed my entire life.

From the moment I entered the space, I felt calm… like I had finally reached the place my soul was searching for. The yoga, the meditations, the nourishing food, the genuine smiles from the team everything was so thoughtful and healing.

In just 72 hours, I felt more clarity than I had in years. I left lighter, happier, and deeply grateful. If you're in Bali and your heart is seeking healing, don’t think twice. Just go for it. It might just change your life too.

I was there for a 5 days retreat and the hospitality that I received there was amazing. Beautiful place, very relaxing, exactly what I was looking for on this break. Thank you to the organizers for this experience. Will visit soon again.
