Formal Complaint – Order #62098 (EMR-TEK)

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with EMR-TEK, specifically in relation to Order #62098, placed on 25 March.

I am concerned by the apparent lack of effective customer service and communication throughout this process. After reviewing other customer feedback, it is evident that my experience reflects a broader and recurring issue.

My first correspondence with Emr-Tek team was on 31 March, where I was advised that my order had been placed on a “Top Priority” list and that it would be personally followed up, with an update promised by the end of that week. No update was provided as indicated.

The following Monday, I received a dispatch notification; however, no tracking details were included. After a further week without any shipping progress, I contacted the team again. I received a response four days later, which included an apology and a statement that shipping had been upgraded hence the delay, along with another commitment that I would receive an update by the end of the week. Again, no follow-up communication was received.

At this stage, the repeated pattern of delayed responses, unfulfilled commitments, and lack of actionable updates has resulted in a complete loss of confidence in your ability to fulfil this order in a timely and professional manner.

I have since requested a full refund.

While I understand that operational issues can arise, the core issue here is not the delay itself, but the consistent failure to communicate accurately and follow through on commitments. Apologies without corresponding action do not resolve the issue.

Additionally, attempts to contact your business via Instagram have gone unanswered.

I request prompt confirmation of my refund and resolution of this matter without further delay.

Disappointing lack of communication

I ordered last week and after 4 days of no shipping notification sent an email to their "customer service". I came here wondering if others had the same experience and sure enough here we are.
Hopefully they don't also lose track of my order with their supposed backlog. Why not just answer customers honestly rather than leaving them wondering what's going on?

Still waiting over a month for my
non existent customer service

Still waiting over a month for my product! Customer service or response to emails very delayed or non existent. No phone number to call. Does not answer social media. False advertising of their shipping times and lied stating product in transit but unable to prove tracking info. Refuse to provide discount yet daily receive emails to promote product and receive commissions based on affiliate link! I would not refunded this company. So disappointed as my Dr. recommended them but it is not worth the horrendous service!!

Totally useless company

Totally useless company with no customer service - paid for goods in February - got notification of shipment and delivery but nothing arrived - customer services took 10 days to say its not yet been shipped - have had 1 further e-mail since and still no goods - biggest issue is them ignoring e-mails - shocking customer service

Hoge kwaliteit producten, maar de klantenservice kan een heel stuk beter!

De producten van EMR-TEK zijn van hoge kwaliteit en erg fijn in gebruik, dus daar zou ik 5 sterren voor geven. Absoluut aan te raden!

Echter heb ik tot nu toe 2x nieuwe klanten voor hun binnengebracht via hun affiliate marketing plan, maar de uitbetaling en het contact (of gebrek aan) contact hierover is slecht.

Beide keren heb ik maanden moeten wachten totdat mijn commissie werd uitbetaald. Hier heb ik veel achter aan moeten mailen met vaak pas heel laat een reactie.

Misschien dat veel mensen hierdoor denken: laat die commissie maar zitten. Maar als je bij zulke dure apparaten nieuwe klanten aanlevert vind ik het niet meer dan normaal dat je dit netjes afhandelt en de commissie automatisch betaald. Ipv dat het pas betaald wordt na zelf hier achteraan te zitten.

Dus de klantenservice en het netjes oppakken van het stuk rondom de affiliate marketing is echt een aandachtspunt.

Broken device/unresponsive customer service

Updating my review: customer service finally reached out after I posted my review here. They never replied to my emails, but once I posted a negative review here they sent a new device and resolved the issue. Hopefully they will work out their customer service problems. The red light devices are high quality, I’m happy to finally have a working device

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service since last year, with zero resolution. My device stopped charging. I was sent a new charger after MONTHS of going back and forth with weeks between replies from customer service. I left a bad review, and was finally reached out to. Customer service said they would send a new device. I deleted the review in good faith, and this is when they stopped responding. They never responded to my messages from months ago, and they never sent the device or replied to my messages. I have all of the emails showing what I’ve sent, what they sent and their lack of response. I was asked to send videos of my broken device along with other info. I sent everything I was asked to send and never received a reply. My device doesn’t work at all (I have videos of it not holding a charge/not turning on), I was only able to use it for a very short amount t of time before it stopped working. It took 3 months for it to ship to me. They say their products have a 1.5 year warranty, but they won’t reply to your messages if you have a problem.

Ik heb emr tek herhaaldelijk benaderd


Ik heb emr tek herhaaldelijk benaderd over mijn defecte apparaat (na 2 maanden gebruik van mijn krypton micro, doet de UVB lamp het opeens niet meer). Er wordt misschien 1 of 2 keer gereageerd, en dan niet meer. Ik ben vanaf 4 februari bezig om contact te krijgen, ik word hier niet goed van. Aangezien er weer niet wordt gereageerd, plaats ik een 1 ster review voor de slechtste klantenservice ooit.

Ik wil mijn geld terug of mijn lamp gratis gefixed, regel het maar.

Update 29 maart: nee, ik heb nog steeds geen bericht ontvangen.

Replacement promised, but no response

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with EMR-TEK’s customer service.

I reported a defective stand for Order #51403 on December 12, 2025. The issue originated from the stand not being compatible with the Inferno unit, despite being sold as compatible. After two months of back and forth to obtain a return authorization, I was finally able to return the stand, which was confirmed delivered to their Shenzhen facility on February 24, 2026.

An EMR-TEK representative (Tigran) offered to replace the defective stand with an upgraded Electronic Premium Stand, which I accepted. However, it has now been a month since the return was delivered, and I have received no response to multiple follow-ups asking when the replacement will be shipped.

At this point, I am still waiting for the replacement stand and have not received any communication from the company. I would simply like confirmation that the replacement will be sent.

Customer service is Improving

April 1,2026 I want to provide an update to my review:
Tigran from EMR-TEK reached out personally to rectify this situation. He offered me a 15% discount on my next order on top of their discounts already offered and he re-embursed the duty fees charged. I had already ordered a RL so he refunded both the difference in price and duties. He also re-assured me of their shipping processes. Very happy with their response, and he also re-assured me they are working on their customer service.
Their products truly are superior to competitors, I was just frustrated with the customer service, but it sounds like this will be improving.

I purchased two blue blocking glasses from this company. They were both prescription. I understand that this takes more time than non-prescription glasses. I ordered Jan. 16. I received another email that they both shipped Jan.25. I received another email Feb. 11 saying they should arrive Feb. 11. I received a text message Feb. 13 that they were at a warehouse 3 hrs away and couldn't be delivered. There was a screenshot of the package showing two postal codes. ( I had entered mine correctly when I ordered). I emailed EMR-TEK to sort this out. It took 12 days for them to track my package and get it sent to the correct address. I received an invoice from FEDEX a week ago letting me know I owe $14.77 in duties and taxes. EMR-TEK is a Candian company based in Toronto, and the website shows no duty charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order in January for an item that showed it was in stock. Mid February I had not received tracking or any updates regarding my order. I reached out and was told the delay was due to the team being out for CNY, and that I could rest assured my order should ship the following week. Another 3 weeks has passed, I have sent multiple emails and I still cannot get a reply from their team. No order update, no tracking number, no reply.
***Another update & further delay***
Someone finally replied last week March 19th to tell me THIS TIME my order was accidentally archived, but again rest assured it’s top priority and will ship next week. 8 business days later and still NO TRACKING and no replies back to my emails.
I also reached out on Instagram, someone replied in a few days asked for my order # saying they would help, I sent it and they never replied again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been communicating with EMR-TEK for approximately 40 days. One of the 5 products I purchased for myself and gifts is not working. After a full explanation, they requested I send a video. The video was received and reviewed and I am still waiting for a promised controller and cable to determine if the mask will work with the new devices.

Not only do I get to do my red light



Not only do I get to do my red light therapy at home. With the Inferno PRO Red And Near Infrared Light you can do it lying down!
