That was a difficult demand to…
That was a difficult demand to organise because I wished ma mother to be taken from a retired house to another 760 km away. She is a 97 years old lady, crippled with a damaged brain from a stroke, unable to stand up. And the team leaded by a very capable and competent lady succeeded 100% . This is something you cannot forget, because it was a human life at stake, And they were perfectly organised for the best safety and comfort to provide. Thank you so much

This is the worst service ever seen
This is the worst service ever seen.
No family member was allowed to board the plane with the sick person.
The sick person’s luggage, containing medical records and histological reports, was left on the ground without any prior notice.
From start to finish there was never any communication with the doctors, and once we arrived at the destination hospital, the nurses did not even know what medications had been administered.
For such a significant amount of money, you would expect a completely different level of service.
Strongly not recommended — stay well away.

ich möchte mich für den perfekten Rücktransport bedanken.
Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme am 26.12.2025 bis zum Transport am 27.12.2025 um 10 Uhr morgens vergingen weniger als 24 Stunden.
Der Transport ging vom Berzirkskrankenhaus in Schwaz/Österreich/Tirol nach Saarbrücken/Deutschland.
Das Begleitteam war supernett und fürsorglich. Alles war bestens organisiert.
Nochmals vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe.
Ich werde EMS weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben über EMS einen Rücktransport…
Wir haben über EMS einen Rücktransport mit medizinischer Begleitung aus Griechenland nach Deutschland gebucht. Der Erstkontakt war deutsch alle weiteren Gespräche nach Erhalt der Zahlung dann aber auf englisch. Das fand ich schon etwas komisch, aber gut.
Ich hätte mir gerne etwas mehr Informationen/Update gewünscht vor allem für den Preis, der bezahlt wurde. Ständig musste man hinterhertelefonieren, was dann doch ermüdend war.
Am Ende hat aber alles sehr gut geklappt, der begleitende Arzt kam am besagten Tag, der Krankentransport genauso. Am Tag des Transports erhielt ich regelmäßig Updates über den Verlauf der Reise, wofür ich sehr dankbar war, da ich selber nicht mitreisen konnte.
Am Ende bleibt nur zu sagen, dass etwas mehr Kommunikation wünschenswert gewesen wäre, ich aber froh bin, dass alles so gut geklappt hat.

Ihr Hinweis ist für uns wertvoll und wird intern genutzt, um unsere Kommunikationsabläufe weiter zu verbessern, insbesondere in internationalen Fällen mit mehreren beteiligten Teams.

Outstanding
We have just had to use the services of EMS to repatriate a dear friend after a Heart Attack in the French Alps. At all times they were professional, calm and reassuring. They help us negotiate an extremely stressful situation in a foreign country in a different language that I do not speak with extreme skill taking everything out of our hands. The repatriation was exactly as they described at the time they they said and the journey went smoothly with a kind and caring crew. A true five star service. Thank you all.

Very professional and dedicated
My companion and I began a two week vacation in Italy, which ended on day 4 when she slipped in the shower, dislocating a hip and causing severe damage to her knee.
After 2 visits to a trauma center, EMS was recommended and it was the best decision we could have made. Within 12 hrs of completing paper work and payment we were being escorted from the hotel room by 3 trauma personnel to a private jet. It truly was an ICU in the sky, constantly monitoring her and making sure she was as comfortable as could be. They stayed with her all the way to her hospital bed in the states.
Thanks to the care she received, her surgeon is confident she will make a complete, although lengthy, recovery. I am truly impressed and very grateful to EMS and would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

We didnt end up going with EMS in the end, but i must say Arjun and the team were very good, informed and professional. Their quotes were competitive and they were ready to do what was needed. I think had we opted for EMS they would have been brilliant.

When we needed help getting an 89 year old with a broken hip back to the UK from Turkiye, EMS proved invaluable, caring, highly organised and professional. The contact team were excellent and our support paramedic Joseph was an absolute star. Mum is on the mend and having been sorted via the NHS is now happily home and getting stronger every day. Brought my mother home
Ems did what anwb did not do. They made sure they had the medical file with in one day from the bellevue hospiten in tenerife. And brought my mother home in 24 hours from payment. Becease of EMS, my mother had the change to say goodbye to her daughters and grandchildren, and pass away in her home with the people she loved. Thank you so much EMS for making this possible. We will never forget ♥️

The fact that everything went so smoothly is also a big thank-you to the patient’s family and friends — thanks to the quick provision of all necessary information and payment, we were able to move fast. Of course, we always depend on bed availability in the receiving hospital, but luckily this was no issue either. All in all, a great relief for the patient, who could receive proper care back in Switzerland.

Repatriëring op z’n best!
De telefonische bereikbaarheid was uitstekend, waar ook de telefoniste kennelijk direct kan zien wie er belt en om welk onderwerp het gaat. Snelle offerte, met adequate opvolging van ambulance met benodigde expertise. Na het eerste contact ‘s-ochtends om 08.30, fantastisch dat de EMS mensen ‘s-avonds om 22.30 bij de patiënt in Lyon (‘n kleine 1000 km zuidelijker) aan bed staan én patiënt ‘s-anderendaags om 18.00 thuis (in Nederland) afleveren.

Onze systemen zijn inderdaad zo ingericht dat u niet steeds opnieuw uw verhaal hoeft te doen, er moet een naadloze aansluiting zijn vanwege onze 24/7 bereikbaarheid.
Wij vinden het fijn dat wij u zo snel van dienst konden zijn en de patiënt onder begeleiding van een van onze IC/CCU/SEH-verpleegkundigen terug naar Nederland konden brengen.

Highly skilled and professional staff. When the insurance company were only putting in more and more road blocks we contacted EMS for private medical repatriation, they unlocked the situation in a matter of hours and brought my mum back home to an NHS hospital in England.
Very friendly crew and medics who were a great help in this truly testing situation.
