I've been using Emubands since the end of 2024 to distribute my music since starting as an artist in 2019, and by far Emubands is the best distributor I've used. I've tried and used all the majorly known distributors, but they all have given me issues; Emubands has not, and if there are any problems, they are easily resolvable, and the support team is there to help. I started on the Pro subscription, now on Premium. I love that on those tiers, you get a dedicated Account Manager to assist you with anything you may need, and I have to say that's the best part! The fact that you have real human dedicated support is huge, when all the competitors use chatbots as their only available support. Also, Emubands supports everything you'd want, like Apple Digital Master releases, Dolby Atmos releases, pre-save/smart links, playlist pitching, and even Apple Motion Art; however, they don't support full song credits like Performing and Engineer credits (only Songwriting and Producer credits), which I wish they did support full credits, but isn't a huge deal when they have so much more to offer. Shoutout to my Account Manager, SJ, for always being there to help and making sure my releases go through smoothly. Thank you, Emubands, you truly care about independent artists.

I’ve tried several music distributors before, and honestly I discovered EmuBands almost last. I wish I had started with them earlier. The process is clear, support is helpful, and everything feels more professional and reliable compared to others I’ve used. Uploads are smooth and communication is straightforward. Overall, a really solid experience so far.

Live support makes it very easy and efficient. Very nice service and help at every stage of the release. SJ, as an online helper, is very patient and understanding.

Honestly, the best distribution service out there for indie artists, the team are incredibly helpful and the process to get music out is straight foward and fast. Big shout out to Chris who's advice has helped me greatly with my latest releases!

Slow! Unreliable! Expensive! Definitely not user friendly! Not recommended! For the last week, I’ve been trying to release two singles that I received a grant for and there was a tight deadline. EmuBands slowed the procedure by asking unnecessary questions and of course singles are not released by the deadline. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I just joined Emubands and this is the best experience I have had distributing music, bar none!
I am blown away by how easy it was to transfer from my previous distributor as well as the ease of uploading new music. They are not only professional but fast and responsive. I chose the pro tier but didn't expect the level of support they have provided through the entire process. Big thank you to Chris! Mistakes I made were caught and corrected before they would have caused a problem.
Everything has been taken care of quickly and professionally. If I have a question, I get my answer quickly; not my experience with all 3 of the distributors I have used before. I can highly recommend Emubands. They do what they do expertly so I can concentrate on making music.

I've tried many other distributors but none of them compare to EmuBands. This is a fantastic distributor. You pay a little bit more than other distributors, but it is well worth it. The value of having your own support representative cannot be dismissed. Any issues or questions I encounter are quickly resolved and explained by their support team. Releases are available within the week (sometimes they are processed within 48 hours) and the website is easy to use. Excellent across the board!

Hands down one of the best distributors I ever worked with if you go with the pro tier subscription their support is absolutely fantastic. Pricing is fair and these guys are very responsive. Shout out to SJ and Saúl, they were able to update meta data within 3 to 4 hours.

I signed up for EmuBands Pro and was glad I did. I knew I'd need guidance since I'm new to digital music distribution; and the many email replies from my named account manager were always clear and concise. I decided to use EmuBands because of the wealth of helpful information on their website, the fact that they could get my Digital Booklet into the iTunes Store, and that they could handle my Hi-Res audio tracks. The service and guidance I received for the $80 Pro Plan plus $32 for my album distribution was and is a great deal.

I painstakingly researched music distribution companies, and while there are so many and I certainly can't say I researched a lot of the high-end companies, I was pretty thorough with the "big ones" that are within most indie artists' budgets, and alas, I came to the conclusion that they're all bad! It seemed that if I wanted good customer service along with thorough distribution services, I'd have to pay something well beyond my budget. Somehow I found EmuBands which was somewhat obscure and not included in any of the big comparison reviews I looked at. I thought this would be worth looking at closer, as a smaller company could have a better chance at actually serving their customer base, kind of like that theme in the "Jerry Maguire" movie: Fewer clients, less money, to provide better, more personalized service. One thing that really stands out with EmuBands so far is their customer service, which is virtually non-existent among nearly every other company I researched. I did opt for the premium level, as I wanted all the extras (including a dedicated account manager) but still at what I consider a fair price. (Note that there are a few services that EmuBands doesn't provide, but they aren't deal-breakers for me and it made more sense for me to get these services independently.) So far, EmuBands customer service is simply top-notch, there's not even a comparison I can find elsewhere without spending something way out of my budget. I realize that for many of us artists, customer service (beyond the AI bots) won't even be a factor, but if you do run into a situation where there's a problem, you'll be glad you have this level of help when you need it. I honestly wish no one would ever need it, but life is not that way. I hope very much that EmuBands continues to deliver at the level I've seen so far, and I'm optimistic this review will hold!

Emubands has been there for me every step of the way, helping me navigate the tedious part of music: actually releasing my art. They are always quick to answer my questions with real knowledge, and the whole process is so smooth. The best part is that I have never felt penalized or talked down to for simply not knowing something about distribution. They genuinely support the artist. Big UP SJ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
