I went to an event this past weekend and wanted to join, but recent name change caused major verification issues. Derrek spent hours working with me and a friend to sort everuythign oue, trying every possible solution and never giving up. He promised to guide me throght the issues once the emails arrived and even offered to help transfer funds so I wouldn't be left with fees. He called back exactly when he said he would. I don't understand all the finacial, so having someone so trustworthy and committed made the entier experience truly exceptional. Thank you Derek!!
