We cannot thank Julia and Enable Law enough for the support they gave us over what has been an incredibly traumatic three-year period. From the very beginning, they fought our corner every step of the way, making sure our needs were fully understood and properly represented.

Throughout the whole process, the team were compassionate, professional, and always available to guide us through what often felt overwhelming. Their expertise and determination ultimately secured a settlement that was significantly better than we ever thought possible, which has made a huge difference to our future.

Because of Enable Law, we were able to focus on getting through a very difficult time as a family without constantly worrying about the financial impact. Knowing that we had such a dedicated and capable team on our side gave us real peace of mind.

We would not hesitate to recommend Enable Law to anyone going through a serious claim. Their support, commitment, and professionalism have truly changed our lives.

Been with them a decade and finally after numerous failures, ill treatment of family we’re finally in the process of leaving to go to another CoP firm. Everything is documented and whilst many failures are acknowledged, they are unwilling to change.

Family have been shafted by Paul Sankey who coerced us to follow him to this firm when he left Slater And Gordon

Paul, then replaced with Jackie Linehan whom then threatened my position as litigation friend if I didn’t attend a meeting. Company covered for her and didn’t respond to the family’s formal complaint.

Clare Tindale - unable to read a court order properly and couldn’t account for several thousands of pounds. We as the family knew and tried to tell her and had to ask the barrister who advised her WE the family are correct. She had to write off all her charges as they have done several times before whilst admitting fault. These are the people you put faith in to manages your loved ones awards.

We have asked where the money has been spent last year…. Unable to provide and now their finance team are behind?!?

It’s a company that makes too many mistakes and don’t change the way they work. We don’t trust them, wouldn’t recommend them and like to play GOD with damages awards based on our experience.

Rob Antrobus (a litigator who’s also a firm leader) on many occasions accepts his staff failings via phone call rather than writing and quickly finds replacements to take over but never holding staff accountable. Unsure whether the company , himself are afraid to address their staff.

I had a really poor experience with this solicitor firm, to the point I sought third party advice on several occasions due to repeated errors on my case. I've had key documents not requested highlighted to the firm over a year ago. Misled on my case and decision making, had offensive comments made at me, accused of changing accounts when the solicitor didn't have full files, and potential claim avenues dropped without requesting medical files properly. I've taken advice from several firms and solicitors who have all said a solicitor should not "assume" paperwork is irrelevant, yet enable law managed to assume this for a year, while assuring me the paperwork was requested. When i challenged it, my solicitor at enable law cannot stick to one account of when they knew the paperwork was missing or why they didn't request it. I've had witness statements misused also, and made to prepare my own case files on behalf of the firm when seriously unwell and in hospital. It's really inappropriate and I'm honestly shocked at how poor of a service I've received. I'm now in the complaints process and they've made it so difficult to get case files, confirmation of dates, and the offensive messages have continued now by their partner firm.

Enable law have been sent a complaint letter yesterday morning so it is unclear why they are stating this is the case. It took a long time to produce the complaint letter as I am still awaiting them confirming parts of my case file (or lack of in reality) which delayed the process.

Daniel Issac was the person that assisted my husband during a claim for clinical negligence. The attention and caring courtesy throughout a lengthy process was 5* especially after my husband passed away. Mr Issac did everything required for the case to be handed over to me. I never felt alone or left out of any part of the process and I was kept informed. The phone was always answered and any concerns of mine were explained or addressed with no delay. The staff at Enable Law that I came into contact with were also friendly, knowledgeable and always helped me when necessary.
They did win a difficult case.
I would recommend without hesitation, Daniel ( Dan) Issac and Enable law who worked for us on a No Win No Fee basis.

Morgan has been great, keeping me fully updated on progress on my claim against my local (notoriously poor) NHS hospital (broken neck that was misdiagnosed as whiplash). Despite facing an uphill battle with the trust and their legal team who denied any responsibility for the situation and even went so far as to refute the findings of their own internal investigation led by their own ED clinical director admitting their own failure in my care and treatment. Despite this Morgan kept pushing and have received a small cash settlement. Throughout the whole 3 year process I have always been kept informed of any progress and communications received. I have no problem in recommending Enable Laws services especially Morgan (I imagine it is soul crushing to have to deal with the liars and charlatans in the NHS and their legal representation)

We have just settled my late father’s negligence claim and whilst this has been an extremely difficult period Enable law and specifically Deborah Hepple was understanding and professional at all. Deborah kept myself and the family up to date regularly. Her emphathy and thoughtfulness shone through. I would like to thank you from our family.

We have recently litigated against our local authority in a SEND claim, working with Sarah Palmer - Partner at Enable Law.
Sarah was able to agree settlement prior to tribunal date and convince the local authority to agree to our terms. Moreover, our first choice school was agreed as being named in our son’s EHCP.

I have just settled a medical negligence case outside of court with Nicola at Enable Law. Hambi Charalambou at Enable Law was without any doubt AMAZING. I was hit by a drug driver as a pedestrian and Hambi was the person to take on my case. As anyone would be, to begin I was very nervous but Hambi dealt with my claim, kept me informed with regular updates throughout the whole process and he is so easy to get along with. I got in contact with Enable Law after a serious work accident. Laura Williamson and Maddie Bools took on my case and i cannot thank them enough they were brilliant. Another gate keeper who listens to your horror story thus triggering hellish emotions only to tell you they can't help - despite you giving them the facts about dates before talking away. I told them the date of the incident and that there is a 3 year window. She asked me to describe what happened anyway - wonderful. Then she started become another corporate halfwit - Our company has a policy bla bla bla.

What's the biggest irony - trying to find a non halt wit solicitor in the first place. It takes more than 3 years! I wonder if the NH$ sponsors this ... certainly looks like it.

Can't even accuse these halt wits of cashing in on it - no one is! £20,000,000 claim ...
