日本語に対応してほしい。
翻訳アプリを使いながらなんとか注文受け取りまでできたが相当不便。日本語じゃないから関税もわかりにくい。
そもそも関税込み総額表示してほしい。
品揃えと価格はかなり良く、届くのも早かったので日本語対応してないのが残念。
日本語対応さえすれば日本から使える海外通販アプリで1番になれると思う。
日本語対応してくれる事をすごく期待しています。

The fee requested by FedEx relates to local Import Duties and Taxes, which are set by customs authorities in the destination country and aren’t charged by us or included at checkout unless specifically stated. These charges are collected directly by the courier on behalf of customs once the shipment arrives in your country.
We do our best to make this information clear at checkout and in our delivery guidance, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve transparency around International shipping costs. 日本人は備品までこだわります。
新品だと思ってたのに中の紙は大きく破れていたし、ピンバッジの袋も破かれていた。タグも着いて無かったし残念だった。
安かったので買ったけど送料と関税など入れれば日本のサイトで新品買ってもそんなに変わらなかったと思った。

Many brands have now reduced or stopped attaching swing tags altogether as part of wider sustainability efforts to cut down on unnecessary waste. We appreciate this can feel unexpected if you’re used to receiving items with traditional tags.
Regarding the overall cost, including customs and import duties, these charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how this can affect the final price, and we’re grateful for your feedback.
