Could you please confirm that the product inside of the shoebox was undamaged?
Unfortunately the outer shoe box is used to protect the integrity of the product and is not a part of the product itself.
While we understand that this is disappointing, we would not be able to reimburse for the damage to this protective packaging. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
