Our NVQ Courses

We offer Construction NVQ’s starting from Level 3 – Level 7. Our fast-track service enables experienced workers to complete their NVQ in as little as 2 – 4 weeks. Once you have achieved your qualification, you can then apply for your CSCS Black Card and MCIOB membership.

Endeavour Training is a business specialising in Management NVQ qualifications within Construction. The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our customer focus and are building a fantastic reputation on LinkedIn and other platforms for quality and service that is the envy of our competitors. We find that many of our customers are coming back to us and recommending us to friends and work colleagues.

A First-Class Experience – Highly Recommended

I recently completed my NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management with Endeavour Training and Assessment UK Ltd, and the whole experience was first class.

My assessor, Paul Kent, was excellent from start to finish—always professional, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my background and guided me through the process clearly and efficiently. His feedback was always helpful and encouraging, which made a big difference.

The whole process was well structured and easy to follow, and I always felt supported. I’ve come away from this with a deeper understanding of my role and more confidence in my professional abilities.

I’d highly recommend Endeavour to anyone looking to further their qualifications in construction management.

I have recently completed the NVQ L6 in Construction Site Management. Whole progress was an educational ,thorough and helpful .Gary was a absolutely excellent mentor, explaining every single technical guidance during the course .Now upwards to CIOB.

I completed my NVQ LV 6 with ease with


I completed my NVQ LV 6 with ease with the help from Paul Kent, he made me feel at ease with all the units involved I would recommend endeavour training to all and I plan to use them again when I under take my NEBOSH course
