On a eu des piles d'Energizer qui coule.
Energizer refuse a remplacer avec des piles.On a besoin de donner notre detail bancaire pour qu'il fait un credit de 2 piles.
J'ai refuser de donner information personal et j'ai demande plusieurs fois pour qu'il m'envoye les piles mais il refuse.

I work for a old retail business that sells Energizer batteries and there rechargers.
i purchased The Recharger and batteries , as a loyal employee. The issue lies with the Energizer company, as you cannot get them to honor the Energizer Warranty as stated on there packages. ( a useless warranty).
i contacted Energizer in May, have had multiple back and forth contact, submitted receipts, photos, and followed their guidance, but ABSOLUTELY no resolve from Energizer, just rethoric from Energizer. Energizer CAS-331340-M0P3K2, customersupport - energizer.com

Some of my ignored communication with Energizer support ( if they actually have any ? ) "I have had Energizer Recharge batteries for many years, as well as Energizer chargers, other brand chargers.

Recently I purchased a new Energizer recharge universal charger at xxx, upc end 03696, on 4-27-2026 and AA size Energizer NMH batteries. I purchased Energizer 9 volt batteries 12-26-24 ( 2X "

The batteries are too damn small to have to cut the package open. While holding it with the tip of your fingers. Packages need to be easier to open takes you three times longer to get the battery out of the package. Then it does to replace it in the key fob. Thank you for your attention to this matter. T.B.S.

I bought Energizer Doorbell twin pack. Worked OK for the first day, second day they started ringing periodically on their own without the bell being pressed. Just had a night of them going off on their own. Am about to put them back in the packaging and take them back to B & M where I bought them.

My experience at iEnergizer was extremely disappointing. The work environment felt stressful and unsupportive. Many team leaders and managers appeared more focused on pressure and targets than on helping employees succeed. Whenever guidance was needed, it often felt difficult to get proper support or clear answers.

Communication between departments was poor, and employee concerns were not always taken seriously. The HR department seemed ineffective in resolving issues and lacked the knowledge and responsiveness expected from a professional organization.

Employee morale appeared low, and there was very little encouragement, recognition, or constructive feedback. Instead of teamwork and collaboration, the atmosphere often felt frustrating and demotivating.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend iEnergizer to anyone looking for a supportive workplace with strong leadership and employee-focused management.

I will make sure to take note that with that you maliciously decided to refuse to refund something that was of a basic request.
It is absolutely pitiful that a massive corporation like Energizer chooses to compromise its reputation over a minor $40 refund. I'll make sure that reputation is known.

I bought 4 Energizer LED multicolour bulbs and an Energizer multi colour LED strip from B and M. Within 3 months, every single bulb and the LED strip had broken.
The materials used to make these products are massively sub standard and are not quality checked.

Energizer went from an amazing British brand, to a completely shit Chinese bargain basement brand.

D batteries arrived leaking battery acid. Contacted Energizer including photos. I promptly threw them away as a few were wet on the bottom and others had signs of acid that had leaked on them. Email response I received the following day was to line them up with all numbers visible to take additional photos. ( I did include photos with numbers from packages as well as batteries) They are at the bottom of my can and too much to pull out at this point. I would steer clear unless you want leaking acid on everything. Horrible customer service as well. Never again

Tried numerous times to connect my energizer smart bulbs to the energizer connect app. The app is useless cant fina any devices and when it does find them it doesnt connect.
This is an energizer app designed to connect to energizer smart products and it doesnt even work.
Ended up downloading the tuya app and it connected to my energizer bulb instantly.
It says a lot when a 3rd party app connects to your devices when the app literally made to connect to their own devices doesnt work.

If anyone else has the same issue, download the tuya app.

Stay away from Energizer flashlights and their Lithium batteries! The latter are frightfully expensive given their short performance-life (a few hours at most) and Energizer's excuses for poor battery performance are ridiculous. You buy the batteries at the store, store them in the kitchen drawer for a couple of weeks in a controlled climate and, after insertion, MAY be lucky to derive a few hours of light. A complete rip-off.

While my son was playing with his toy, I noticed smoke coming from the device. I immediately opened the back of the toy and discovered that the rechargeable Energizer battery I had just installed had caught on fire. I purchased two packs of these batteries and had only opened one at the time of the incident.

Please note that my son has a disability, and this situation could have been significantly worse had I not reacted as quickly as I did. The battery became so hot that it burned my hand, and the smoke was intensifying rapidly. I threw the burning battery outside into the snow to prevent further damage or injury.

At this time, I have 3 of the 4 batteries remaining, as the defective one had to be discarded immediately for safety reasons.

This is an extremely concerning product failure, and I am requesting an urgent investigation into this matter. A battery catching fire poses a severe risk, especially to children, and I want to ensure no other family experiences this.

Energizer Customer Service is Garbage and they refuse to take responsibility

I was under the impression that this was still a good company. Their product has no directions on the package, I only ask a simple question on the chat and got no help. They just want all my personal information so they can solicit me, but won’t tell me how long to charge the flashlight without paying five dollars for their just answer program. I’m very disappointed. It’s not a hard thing to answer and I don’t need to pay five dollars for basic information that should be on the package. This is ridiculous and they are no help with their customer service.

Worst batteries and products.
Bought this for my car keys, and when opened to use it did not work and had no charge in it. Even though its expiry is after 10 years.

Energizer are the WORST!

I too would give - Minus stars on here if it were possible.

I have purchased several of their solar lights during August & NONE of them WORK any longer! They are not cheap & I wish I had read feedbacks on here first!
They haven't had the decency to respond to any of the complaints posted here either. 92% are complaints! imagine? How is the company still trading?
I shall be contacting the CEO & will update if successful in any feedback or results.

Energizer has been the battery company competing with Duracell. However, recently they made the bad design decision of packaging model 675 batteries. How? You need to use a scissors to cut open the package, all because some poor kid swallowed a battery. Just because one or two kids swallowed a battery doesn't mean all of your customers will. If the kid is having issues of any sort, then help him/her. Don't penalize the rest of us because of the few poor souls. If a kid wants to swallow a battery, they will do it regardless of whatever design of packaging. Changing packaging won't stop this from happening again. Putting person in charge of them will help, though.

Have purchased their batteries and chargers over many years but won’t be purchasing from this awful company ever again and wish that I hadn’t spent my money on them. They have appalling customer service and won’t accept liability for faulty products. They ask you to do unnecessary things to stall you and waste your time, probably in the hope that you will stop trying.

Doorbell simply wouldn't pair with the press button. Don't buy.
