Avoid this company. Been waiting weeks with a tracking that says “in transit”. Scam.

I ordered a replacement battery for my GardePro camera from Energystox on 25th February. The product itself arrived on 14th March and was well packaged and as described, so no issues with the item.

However, the communication and delivery transparency were poor.

After placing the order I heard nothing for quite some time. I emailed asking where the order was and received no response. I then sent another email saying I wanted to cancel because it was taking too long, especially given the relatively high shipping cost. Only at that point was I told that delivery would take around two weeks from shipping.

Had this been made clear at the point of ordering, I would not have purchased from this company.

The product is fine, but the lack of clear delivery information and slow communication made the experience frustrating.

I won't be using this company again - Not Recommended.

Ordered over two weeks ago - no idea where my item is shipping from, where these guys are based. Awful, rude customer service. Doubtful I'll get my item - they've suggested a month before they'll refund me!

What a crook...! Ordered a battery in January following a recommendation from another crook. Nothing has come, nothing has moved on the account, and zero replies to emails....
Maybe it is time for the payment companies to strike this one off? My bank said I can request a claimback after one month. Action Fraud have been informed and will be investigating. How do Cameron Sino feel about their name being used???

extremely bad service. I have received the batteries after 2 months and I had ordered 3 batteries , 1 battery was totally damaged. Wires was out from case. When I contact the customer service by email they response after 5 days and said this is not our fault and we will not replace or refund. The email they did was so rude. Did not say sorry about late delivery or damage battery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER

Absolute bunch of cowboys. Ordered battery from them on eBay and they didn’t supply. No way to contact them. Ribbed my if £39. Shitbags. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS

Disgusting service from this supplier will never use again ordered battery said I ordered the wrong one which I went by their site already paid £10.00 shipping and they expected me to pay the return as well

What a COWBOY outfit this lot are.
They miss sell products on drlivery date.
I feared the worse when EVRI were the elected delivery company.
I was advised EVRI had my product and it would be delivered in 2 WEEKS.
I bought my battery - sold as 7 day delivery.
Contact Energystox and receive a rude untruthful reply.
Cowboy Outfit Do Not Use !!

Avoid - brand new battery doesn't work.
Phone number of website doesn't work.
No replys to my email

Poor service

Ordered a battery based on compatibility information on Enerystox website and on the product packaging. The battery supplied had a different voltage and size. Customer service response was bad - refused to sort it out

Sharks. Defib battery ordered (they are expensive) and arrived after several weeks. Completely dead. Advised to send to an address in Hong Kong (at my expense). Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Purchased pool sweep battery, very expensive. Received battery and didn’t fit. Contacted company said ordered wrong battery. I matched model number on website, said it would fit my model. They completely misrepresented what the battery would fit! Refused return but offered me $54 for an $118 battery. Complete slime balls, really bad customer service! Based on other reviews this company is corrupt.

I purchased a replacement battery from Energystox.com on the 27 March 2025. When it arrived & was installed, the battery was totally dead and not fit for purpose. I requested a refund and was supplied an address in Hongkong and a returns reference. This company knows full well that Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods & the only company willing to ship it, DG couriers, would charge me £150+ collection, so it's not a viable option. This is what's known as sharp practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid these charlatans at all costs

I ordered a battery from this company because I couldn't be sure of the physical dimensions of equivalent ones on Ebay.
1. The battery was very expensive.
2. Shipping was an extra $18.44.
3. It took nearly a month before it was deliverd.

Liars. They said they shipped it but nothing is in the tracking for weeks. Refuses to refund me even though they know nothing has been shipped. Having to get my bank to do a chargeback because they refuse to rectify the situation. Clearly they're scammers trying to take advantage of

I bought a Battery for scanner 13Feb 2025 but until today 17 March2025 I didn't receive it .
I don't recommend this company at all .

Ordered a battery, it took about 3-4 weeks in the post but turned up and works perfectly. I was surprised to see the poor reviews as I am Very satisfied. Thanks

Absolutely appalling service - After 3 weeks battery has not arrived and chased for tracking details. Tracking says shipped by "Evri 2 day service" but has not moved in 3 weeks since collection. Evri says contact sender and ask sender to contact Evri. Sent numerous emails to energystox support email address for seller to contact Evri. Seller initially replied saying "it has been shipped" and won't contract Evri or help. Now made chargeback complaint with my bank as not received battery.

Ordered a battery from this company for robot mop and it’s been a month and have not received anything yet.

Avoid this company at all costs ordered a minelab metal detector battery hasn't turned up contacted them by email basically they have my money so I can go get stuffed and don't contact us again they should be closed down
