Terrific! We bought through Enfys, and found that Nikki and Peter do far more to help than other agents in the Llandudno area. They made viewing appointments promptly rather than forcing us to wait for several days.
They were contactable at all times, including evenings and weekends. They were always well informed about the property they were selling, which we found to be very different to other agents who, when asked, usually had no idea of the age of the property, the Council tax band, etc etc. Enfys also adopt a 'soft sell' approach, which we enjoyed, never suggesting that the house was likely to be 'snapped up immediately' or some such silliness. They even intervened more than once to encourage both sets of solicitors to get a move on

Both Nikki and Pete were great to deal with, and were straightforward and honest which was a refreshing change to other agencies. It made viewing and negotiating price simple and painless and I am happily settled in my new home, and grateful for the seamless service. I would recommend and will certainly go to them if I were ever to consider selling.

Being a small independent company run entirely by the owners means that they have a passion for their business, sellers and vendors, I invited 5 agents to appraise my house due to the uncertainty of the current market, and once Nikki visited, it was clear that I wanted Enfys to represent my house sale.
I can be quite picky when it came to preparing rooms for pictures, the description and floor plan, however Nikki had all the patience in the world for my ‘pickyness’.
Enfys’ fees are also very competitive, the lowest price high street agent that I came across.💷
I would highly recommend using Enfys Estates for selling your property, they have been very easy to work with and very active for communication (never waited more than a few hours for a response to a text message or email).
