Purchased two 55pt natural diamonds w/earing mounts. Approximate purchase price 5500.

I was anxious being from CA purchasing stones from Hong Kong and NY and having Engage Jewelers of TX bring put it all together and mounting the stones into two earrings.

The issues were primarily with the EJ website.

I asked Lee to populate the cart for me but by doing so the contents of the cart disappeared.

I could not see what's in the cart...just a total so I did not pay for the stones or mountings until I saw the contents of the cart and the GIA numbers were in there. I recommend you see what you're paying for.

I wanted to ensure I controlled the delivery date but could not change the 'guarantee delivery date' to a specific date until I paid for the stones and mountings.

Jessica to the rescue. I explained my needs and concerns and Jessica made sure everything was correct - earring white gold and 6 prong. GIA numbers were in the cart along with pictures.

I had the stones appraised by a GIA gemologist and they were the GIA numbered stones I expected. The gemologist noted that there was a hair under one of the prongs and removed it for me.

Overall I believe I received fair value for the money, and although the website was a challenge the sales staff made everything right.

Could not be happier. Loved how customisable every feature was. Found exactly what I was after and at a much lower price than other online or retail stores. Delivery was fast. The appointment with a consultant eased my fears. The ring looks exactly like the render in the app.

I am really pleased with my ring. It’s exactly what I wanted. The setting is unique, and the diamonds are brilliant and beautiful. I would buy from this company again. Thank you.

Had the best experience using Engage jeweler. They helped me find the perfect diamond, and customized everything as requested. The ring turned out better than imagined! Not that I plan on getting another ring, but who knows may upgrade to a larger one next. Thanks for everything!

Easy to use app and love the UI! Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and pricing! My fiancé couldn’t believe I bought the ring thru an app and I told her that’s how I found you!!!!

Fantastic experience with Engage

I used a third party site to find the engage jeweler ring. It shipped quickly and came exactly as advertised.

It was an amazing ring! Better than expected and she loved it. She won’t stop bragging about it!

We made it to our 35th Wedding Anniversary! I told my wife she deserves an Upgrade! As I shopped around most major retailers, I could not find a Diamond retailer that met my needs, we then found Engagejewler.com. The website was fantastic, the descriptions, the pictures, the process, and ESPECIALLY the customer service, they were on the website with us throughout the entire purchase. They answered all my questions, gave me all information about the diamond we selected, and from start to finish, they were Excellent! Engagejeweler.com is second to none when purchasing a diamond for that special occasion and loved one!

Great quality diamond at a reasonable price. Diamond was recieved within a couple of days of purchasing. Would definitely buy from them in the future.

I had a great experience with Engage! Not only was the process of ring buying smooth and easy, there were some shipping issues (not Engage's fault), and they were super attentive and responsive while I was freaking out. Much appreciated!

We chose this company because of the good reviews and I am happy to report that I also have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The process was easy, smooth, and transparent. The final result is everything I dreamed for and more! Thank you for building my dream ring!!

The entire experience was fantastic. The website was very user friendly, I always felt like I was getting good quality choices. I also really appreciated the constant communication from the website and the vendor that I ultimately bought it from. Overall I give the experience 10/10

Great experience! Beautiful diamond! Would use them again.

The Engage sales representative that I worked with provided a plethora of good information and the stone that I settled on was the absolute best gem that I could find anywhere for the money. The ring is beautiful. Their shipping was quick BUT they incorrectly routed the order to my home, instead of the FedEx facility that I requested, which resulted in my girlfriend seeing and signing for a package with the words "ENGAGE" on it while I wasn't home. While my experience was generally very good, this was unacceptable and could've blown my entire engagement.

Engage Jewelers made buying a diamond extremely stress-free and they were transparent throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend them!

I found Engage to be extremely helpful and very flexible. I received the ring three weeks before the estimated date, and many month later when I needed to have the ring resized they were so quick to respond and get my request completed.

All of the associates I spoke with made me feel very important and helped me with any questions I had.

If I had to do it all over again I would go with Engage time and time again

My fiance loved her ring! Engage had an amazing deal on a 1ct emerald cut diamond and the setting that my fiance wanted. Thank you!

Engage Jewelers made shopping with a breeze. They took the decision process away from me and recommended an absolute gorgeous stone. I am glad I gave up trying to find the perfect stone and let Engage Jewelers do it. They are smart, know their stuff, and easy to work with.
