I received my "World's First Automobile" model and it was packaged nicely and came with a free gift. Thank you for the keychain EngineDIY, I love it! This was a fun model to do and like always the whole process of delivery and then post sales communication was on point.

I purchased a model steam engine boiler. What I received ended up being far better than what I expected. I ordered an additional part that arrived although did not fit the boiler.
After contacting shop support I received service above and beyond what I expected. I will purchase from this seller again in a heartbeat. First class product supported by first class service AAA+++

Anna has been such a dream to converse with have brought m/cycle for best mate so haven’t opened it yet but 5 stars just for how Anna helped me as I live in Tasmania and been trying for a long time to perchase and the prob has always been my banks not Engdiy and if the bike is like the service it’s going to be a lasting memory cheers Wombat

Before Christmas I received, my second Retrol Steam Engine. This time the SE03 Mill Engine Model, in a Merry Christmas Box.
Due to being away until early January, I was not able to begin the assembly, then came the fires in Victoria, which meant I was still not able to enjoy the opportunity to assemble. Then came the hot weather and total fire ban days.
Finally, this week I was able to spend the day happy engaged in building the SE03.
It was a joy to spend time working thorough the parts which are diligently and finely crafted, and with the detailed assembly guide, I finally, to my delight, I now have a working Mill Engine Model.

Over a few years now I have purchased many steam and gas engines from EngineDiyShop. The packaging is just absolutely superb as is the quick shipping service that they use. Customer service is second to none!
The only problem is the incredible variety of engines that they tantalizingly have and that I can't stop collecting them! Really looking forward to what steam engines and gas engines are in the pipeline for us collectors!

Weeks after ordering and making payment my purchase has yet to arrive. Days pass while (according to the tracking app) the parcel does not move. All this while advertising ‘free international delivery’ and yet charging $30 for delivery.

I can but hope that a quality article (if it arrives) will make up for the delay experienced.

After the local courier took 11 days to transport a small package some 1500km it finally arrived and has lived up to expectation (unassembled as yet). Suggest you find a better local partner

IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS I HAVE PURCHASED THREE MODEL EMNGINES AND THEY ARE THE VERY BEST MADE AND THEY LOOK JUST LIKE THE REAL ENGINES. I WOULD RECEMENT THESE ENGINE TO EVERONE. THEY ARE TPO QUALITY. JOE STRUBE

Got a steam engine and was well made and straight forward assembly. Most parts were pre assembled so you’re doing the final assembly for this type of kit.

I bought a z01 and b01 both came promptly and was impressed with both z01 no problems but b01 had fuel leak at fuel pipe which in turn leaked on to spark plug wire swelling it up and causing spark to leak to engine case contacted customer service new parts were sent engine runs great and as good as the customer service is I’m looking to get more engines from them!👍

Well, I bought a product that had about 600 pieces. There was 1 piece critical missing. I worked with Anna, and she made sure to replace the missing piece. Truly, a very good experience.

I bought the beam engine kit. Unpacking it I was struck by the high quality of the ready assembled governor and the assembled beam and Watts linkage. All the components are made to a very high standard. Assembly took a couple of hours following the well thought out illustrated instructions. It runs superbly. Everyone is amazed at the quality for such a reasonable price. I have also ordered the Hit and Miss engine, which. from videos available online, looks incredible and runs excellently. I can't wait to receive it.

I bought the 2 stroke diesel marine engine kit. 10727 pcs. I love it. It’s taking months to build but what a blast!

I purchased an Engine Block over a year ago and started building it. About a quarter of my way through, the parts assembly became more difficult as they were either too tight or too loose to hold firmly. As a result, when I was testing the gear movement it would either not move or fall apart due to the rigid fit. I dismantled the kit twice to check if I made any errors but got the same result ! I was totally frustrated and ended up abandoning the build as i wasted a lot of time.

It was really easy to navigate through everything. The also have a large selection of engines to choose from.

The detail on the engine is amazing. Some of the screws got cross threaded, not sure why. I've tried several times to start the engine and it will not start at all. Checked timing and everything and still no start.

The engine shipping time was extremely fast and the engine worked great
