Another fantastic purchase from ECL! Best price I could find, with excellent customer service to go with it!

Absolutely fantastic company. Ordered the Nestera coop, the dropping trays I’d ordered weren’t compatible (I didn’t realise), the team got in touch, told me that they were bringing out compatible ones shortly and would I like to cancel and refund the trays and wait for the compatible ones. Just amazing, a company who truly cares and isn’t just in it for the money!

A great shopping experience with a family business.
My purchase was very swiftly dispatched on the very same day it was ordered. Due to a posting issue I got in touch directly and they were nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The item I received was excellent quality and I'm very happy with my purchase.
