Staffs did their best to assist me before my test and I am glad for all their help and responsiveness.

I had a good experience at the test centre in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they helped me feel comfortable before the exam.

The test itself went smoothly, and I had no problems completing it on the computer. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take this exam on the Isle of Man, so I had to travel to the UK. I’m glad I was able to take my test here.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of London and very easy to find. The entire process was clear, well organised, and straightforward from start to finish.

The staff were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Every detail seemed carefully planned, and it was obvious that the process was handled responsibly, fairly, and with great attention to quality.

I am very happy that I chose this centre and successfully received my certificate here.

Everything was clear and on time. Highly recommend for English exams!

The support has been great from start to finish. I needed guidance in regards to changing the test center from on to another, and they were very helpful. The test center was quiet and the test results available only 2 days after.
