My coach Jess was very intentional and practical in his coaching styles; was able to use real life experiences and situations at my own workplace to challenge my thought process of coming up with solutions.
Used more of questioning and probing to understand my work enviroment and situations and use same to give guidance on best leadership approaches.

Since starting my new role, I’ve been having monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with Jess, which have been incredibly valuable. These sessions have helped me clarify my goals and priorities, while also giving me the space to reflect on and develop my leadership style. Hiring Managers have a variety of tough interview questions up their sleeves and the Interview Question Bank has them covered. It's a great resource and really helpful in preparing candidates for questions that could stump them.

In short, the Question Bank maximizes interview performance!

This is a great course — very useful for anyone looking for a new job. The exercises make you think about what you’re doing and why. I will put it into action in my interviews. I very much recommend it.
