Very good with updates on delivery

It's
a scam , ordered full cleaning wand with extra discks
they only sent 8 pads no wand nothing . They say it's been delivered but it has not waste of my money and waited a long time for nothing very very mad.

Very long wait time but the representative was patient polite & apologized for long hold time. She was extremely pleasant.

you advertised the bottles full so I had no problem paying the price you asked but to my surprise the bottles were empty now I feel I paid too much for empty bottles with a sticker on them. a full refund would be nice

I just received my watch yesterday. the watch band is junk, the pin has no in on the side to collapse the pin, and no English instructions.

One, it took six weeks to receive my order. When I got the first notification for shipping update I was like “WTF?” Anyway, they gave consistent updates, that was good but I was still confused as to why so long. Receive it today, AN EMPTY BOTTLE!!! I went back to their website, NO WHERE, does it state that it’s an empty bottle or alcohol not included, nothing. Talk about sticking it up the bum and breaking it off! They don’t even rate one star!

The package arrived in good condition, and the product being made of glass arrived in one piece. It does look good and somewhat similar to the advertised product, however since the marketing was AI generated it seemed more appealing and larger than it actually is. Also, since there were no real customer reviews and pictures it was hard to visualize and grasp the actual product.
