Honest company selling genuine components
Had to order replacement Infineon mosfets after a previous seller sold counterfeits that blew instantly on transmit for my HF amp. Wanting to avoid the minefield of AliExpress and the unreasonable handling fees of the bigger companies, I found enigma on Google selling exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price, after putting my mind at rest about counterfeits, I can happily confirm the mosfets work perfectly.

The speed of delivery was goodâŠ
The speed of delivery was good unfortunately the product/transistors I ordered did last long enough for me to use the setup procedure as shown in the manufacturers manual I therefore suspect that were not original Mitsubishi as advertised but chinese copy's available on ebay. Especially as a Slightly more robust but not frequency high alternatives work as should.

Dear Mr Moorhouse. I'm sorry that you're having an issue with transistors bought from us, but these parts are definitely genuine and not copies from Ebay as you suspect. We managed to find a batch of new, old stock a couple of years ago and have sold lots of them to other customers without issue. Please consider that there may be a fault elsewhere in your amplifier which is causing the parts to fail prematurely.
