Good morning, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review, if you had contacted us directly, we would have looked into the status of your package straightaway. We always advise our European customers to allow 10-15 working days for packages to arrive, so we would not expect your package to be with you until this week or next week. You selected standard airmail at checkout which does not come with tracking, however the package does have a partial tracking number which will allow you to see when it reaches customs, at which point you will be contacted to pay any charges due. I will send you an email with those tracking details separately. Rest assured, if you do not receive your package we are here and will resolve the situation in the best way for you.
