we’re sorry to read this review, especially because according to our logs the game experience was barely started.

The game you purchased is structured into 10 stages, designed to gradually build a complete story and challenge. From what we can see, only the first stage was completed, and there was no interaction at all with the AI chatbot, which comes into play in the later phases. For this reason, it’s honestly hard for us to understand on what basis the entire experience is being judged.

We are always open to criticism, even very direct criticism, but we believe it’s only useful when it is constructive and properly contextualized. That’s what helps us improve and address real issues. Generic or offensive comments, without actually using the service, unfortunately don’t give us any room for meaningful feedback.

If you encountered a technical issue, an unclear step, or something that didn’t work as expected, we genuinely invite you to contact us: our support team always replies, and we’re happy to help or clarify.

Our goal is to offer carefully designed, original game experiences — not “bullshit.”
But to really evaluate them

Troppo semplice e corto. Nemmeno i bambini di due anni avrebbero avuto problemi a risolverlo. Non fate quello del pirata perché Ú una grande fregatura.

Ci dispiace molto che l'esperienza con il gioco "Il tesoro pirata di La Buse" non sia stata all'altezza delle tue aspettative e che l'abbia trovato troppo semplice. Comprendiamo che la percezione della difficoltà sia molto soggettiva; infatti, "Il tesoro pirata di La Buse" Ú stato pensato per un pubblico di ragazzini e riceviamo spesso feedback opposti da chi lo trova molto impegnativo. Le recensioni a una stella per tutte le aziende su Trustpilot pesano molto, ti invitiamo a riflettere bene prima di scriverle, vanno date con estrema cautela.

C'était trÚs gai

C'était trÚs gai, pas trop difficile. Nous y avons passé une soirée complÚte (3h).
Ça change des soirées tv et c'est vraiment chouette une soirée improvisée en couple ou entre amis. TrÚs facile à commander et les explications sont claires.

Divertente!

L'ho provato per poterlo poi proporre alla festa di compleanno di mio figlio. Molto carino e ben fatto. E' stato necessario provarlo per comprenderne bene il funzionamento e la differnza tra escape room e caccia al tesoro. C'Ú stato anche un piccolo problema tecnico, segnalato e velocemente risolto.

It was good to get to know a city in an


It was good to get to know a city in an aspect we usually wouldn't. We were able to notice little interesting stuff about that we normally wouldn't.
Unfortunately, we were playing it when it was already dark and it was also raining which made a bit harder to answer some questions.
Even with the hardships it was fun and was great team building activity.

Esperienza top

Le storie sono molto belle, appassionanti e coinvolgenti (ne abbiamo fatte più di una). Gli enigmi pongono una vera sfida al giocatore, sono a tratti troppo difficili ma comunque sensati. Consiglio a chi vuole passare qualche ora in compagnia di amici o in famiglia.

Escape room molto bello

Escape room molto bello e con buone ambientazioni.
Ci sono diversi livelli di difficoltà e varie tematizzazioni, cosa molto buona. Inotre alcuni più semplici si possono fare insieme ai bambini più piccoli.
